Information : SCP-5513 is a humanoid figure with a mouth on its stomach. The mouth is capable of eating, but it can not speak—only emote.
It is mostly very quick and can run at a maximum speed of 190 mph. Due to being contained in a cold area, frost forms around its body which limits its speed.
It seems to get along well with SCP-079. In most cases, 079 will prevent the cameras in 5513's cell from working.
SCP-5513 is cooperative and courteous. Many interviews have been planned.
