Hey! How are ya 😏? So sorry it took a while to get this chapter up, I kept trying to find ways to get the family interactions going just because I'm still kinda getting to know Sofia's family as well, I have everything in mind for them but writing it down is a lot harder than just thinking it. So I apologize for that, I didn't realize it'd be as hard as it is. Every time I'd come up with inspiration on what to write, I'd be at a place where I can't write it down or I can't have my phone with me and then once I pick up computer, it's like someone wiped my mind and I had no words to write! Anyway thanks for listening and enjoy the chapter that is not my favorite at all! But needed to happen heheheh

"You look like a cute little Rudolph." Nathan grinned at me as we were stopped at a red light. I rolled my eyes, pressing my hand to my nose to warm it up.
"You're one to talk, you've been out in the cold a lot longer than I have." I stuck my tongue out at him. The car was a drop-top, and I figured we needed to put the roof back up soon before both of us froze to death.
The roof down, the wind blowing through your hair was how this car was meant to be driven, but I doubted it would be too good for the people in the car in December. Scratch that, I knew it wouldn't be good at all.
"Real mature, sunshine." Nathan rolled his eyes at me as the light turned green and he stepped on the gas. My heart dropped every time he did that because we were in the middle of winter, and this was an older car. There was no way it had 4-wheel drive.
"You know, your dad and I talked a lot while we were fixing the car." Nathan clicked the button that would put the roof back up. My hair was a lot more tame now, and it felt a little warmer, my face started heating up.
"Oh really?" My brows raised. "About what?"
"You." He looked at me before looking back at the road.
"Do tell what embarrassing stories my dad might have told you, or threats." I pursed my lips, waiting for Nathan to tell me just how badly my dad exposed me, or threatened my 'boyfriend'.
Nathan let out a throaty laugh. "Only a few threats, what he would do to me if I ever hurt you and all that." Nathan spoke of my dad threatening him like he was telling me they talked about an Eagles game.
"A lot of stories though." He winked at me. A frown etched itself across my face. A million embarrassing stories my dad and uncle Mario loved taunting me with ran through my head. Which ones had he told? Oh, God.
"Like...?" My heart rate quickened as I waited for Nathan to continue. Nathan used one hand to 'zip' his lips and pretend to throw away the key.
"Your dad said you're not really supposed to know, gotta stay in his good graces. You understand, right?" He smirked at me and I huffed in my seat. That just got me more worried.
"Yeah, well, if you don't tell me, you can have fun being sex-less. I'm not having sex with you until you tell me." I threatened, thinking it was the perfect plan to get him to talk. Nathan loved sex just as much as I did, if not more.
Nathan shot me an unamused look. "Sunshine, we both know you can't resist me. I can't tell you, I'm sorry. I will, however, have sex with you because we're gonna be here for two weeks. Sleeping in the same room."
I snorted. "If we sleep in the same room. You'd have to do a lot of charming to get my dad to agree to us sharing a room." I shrugged.
"We'll see about that," Nathan promised.
