"Of course you'd know, buddy," Jason snickered, followed by the rest as David pulled up to terminal nine.
They all began their descent from the car, all lining up in front if it, waiting eagerly for Cordelia's arrival.

CORDELIA MOON SHUFFLED THROUGH THE MASSES OF PEOPLE that filled the airport, dragging along her three suitcases and two carry ons. She was exhausted, for the hadn't been able to fall asleep on the plane ride, nor was she able to get herself a cart of sorts for her luggage because they were all taken.
Stopping in her tracks for what felt like the fourth time that minute, she readjusted her grip on all of her luggages. Letting out a breathy sigh, she could see the exit not too far from her, a feeling of excitement singing melodies in her stomach.
This was her life now. As long as it had taken, she was finally a residence of Los Angeles. She would finally be with Corinna and the rest of the Vlog Squad for good. Nonetheless, she was nervous.
The entire way to the city and throughout the airport, she had been exchanging texts with both Corinna and Jeff and she simply couldn't wait to see either of them. Sure, she had been texting with Jeff during which she stayed in Illinois ( more frequently after her last trip to LA ) but this was different. She would be seeing him for good. It wasn't temporary this time━━ and frankly she was overflowing with anxiousness and overthinking.
Another thing she was quite nervous for was the date they would be going on, seeing as their last date wasn't exactly ideal ( nonetheless, it still held a spot as one of her favourite and most fun memories ). She had felt something for the boy for as long as she could remember━━ the first time she met him, she definitely found him attractive, however, and her visits continued and she got to know him better, there was no denying they both felt something.
As false as it may sound, her move to Los Angeles was not for Jeff. Sure, he was indeed a contributing factor, she was moving to Los Angeles for herself. It was something she had wanted to do for a long time, however, her fear of the unknown had a firm grip on her. The fear slowly diminished as she continued to visit, for she finally began to familiarize herself with the city and it's habitants, to the point where it really did feel like home.
Using her back, she pressed it against the glass doors, pushing them open and using one of her carry on's to hold it open as she began to lug her other four suitcases through the door. Before she could reach for her second suitcase, a weight pushed her back, nearly knocking her to the floor if not for the arms that secured tightly around her.
Corinna's firm grip held her best friend as close to her as she possibly could have. Pulling back slightly so she could see the brunette, a large grin danced on her face, "Fuck, this really is happening, huh?" she spoke through laughs as she held her best friend.
"I've been pinching myself the whole way here and this is still happening, so I'm gonna go with a yes," she murmured, chuckling as Corinna finally pulled away.
While she had been preoccupied with her and Corinna's reunion, the rest of the group had taken the time to pull the rest of her luggage onto the pavement outside. Taking a step towards them with a large grin, she threw her arms up, looking into David's camera and squealing, "No more plane rides!" before pulling him into a big hug.
She made her way through the group, pulling away from Natalie before stepping towards Jeff. She couldn't bite back the child-like smile that graced her lips as she hooked her arms around his neck, his arms falling to her waist.
The group watched silently as David recorded the moment, all of them more than ready to use that moment as a means of teasing the two in the future.
As the two pulled away, Corinna's arm immediately draped across Cordelia's shoulder, the blonde shooting a look at Jeff. "I'm gonna pretend that hug wasn't as long as mine and her's," she smirked, her words causing a chuckle to leave Cordelia's lips as she turned to him with a shrug.
Zane and Jason began loading her suitcases into the trunk, Zane glancing at her fleetingly, "How did you even make it through the fucking airport lugging all of these?" he questioned, closing the trunk.
"It was the biggest struggle I've ever faced, to date," she joked, getting into the car and sitting between Jeff and Corinna in the back.
The drive back was filled with banter and relentless teasing about Jeff and Cordelia. It was then that Cordelia realized just how easily she could resemble a tomato by the utter of mere words━━ something Jason made sure to point out, only darkening the rouge of her face.
To her, it felt as though nothing had changed, for, she was home. It felt like home, and that was something she would never argue against. Whether she was in Illinois or Los Angeles, she had a family. Cordelia was nothing but euphoric━━ they all were.
