The students did as you told them to, even those that you thought would rebel. Your voice was demanding and made them feel uneasy, like there was a snake slowly wrapping its body around them, constricting their movements and restraining them.
"Mineta, you seem so interested in seeing if I'm a hero and I can now confirm that for you. Are you happy with the answer you've receiving?" you asked him, a tendril coming out from your leg and sliding along the ground to brush against his foot. He yelped in fear, climbing on top of his desk to get away from it. Seeing him afraid was so amusing that you couldn't help but break character, chuckling.
"Well, now that the cat's out of the bag I might as well just tell you. My name is (Y/n) (L/n) and I am the ruthless hero, Tendril," you introduced, bowing to the class with a smile. Now you were back to your usual self, not caring about anything that had just happened. The students all seemed shocked by this, only a few brave enough now to ask questions, one of them being Midoriya.
"W-why did your hide your identity as a hero?" he asked, "All of the other heroes come as their hero selves while teaching." You nodded, leaning back against the teacher's desk which was behind you.
"Hmm, well due to the controversy around my character and the way I do my job, I didn't think it was appropriate to act and dress the way I do in a school," you answered truthfully. Another hand going up. You pointed to them, it being a muscular boy you had learnt was called Sato.
"What about Midnight? She's kind of like you, in terms of being a hero." You grimaced at the mentioning of her name, not being able to get the memory of what had happened between you two out of your head.
"I guess you're right. It was also personal preference, my father works here as well so I didn't wasn't to bring shame to him."
"Who's your father?" Ashido calls out, not bothering to put her hand up. You didn't care, at this point this was just a big conversation involving everyone in the class who wished to be a part of it.
"I replaced him, Ectoplasm is my dad," you answered in a nonchalant tone.
"Huh? Ectoplasm-sensei?" Kaminari exclaimed in shock. You couldn't help but laugh at his response, nodding.
"Yes." Midoriya puts his hand up again, pulling a note book from his bag. Pointing to him, he asked another question.
"Does that mean that your tendrils are made out of ectoplasm?" he asks, sounding desperate for the answer. You hummed in response.
"Yeah, that's right. I don't really take part in interviews or anything to talk about my quirk or personal life so people don't know much about me at all. I excrete ectoplasm through my skin because it's in every cell of my body as well as having special glands which produce it when I need a lot," you explained, the students seeming interested in everything you had to say.
"Can you show us?" Sero calls out, saying what was on everyone's mind. You chuckled as you shrugged your shoulders.
"I guess I could during a heroics class if I have a free period, but you'd need to get permission from your teacher for that to happen." The students started speaking among themselves, seeming excited that there was a possibility that you could take one of their foundational hero studies classes. You were also happy about this, due to liking this class so much you couldn't help but want to aid them in growing into better heroes. It was exciting to think about so you had to ignore it in order to calm yourself and get back to the task at hand.
"I know that this is all exciting and I look forward to it as much as you do but this is a math class. So without further ado, please turn to page 59 and we'll pick up from where we left off." The kids didn't seem too thrilled to be doing work but they listened and did so anyway, their faces harboring smiles as they thought of the possibility of seeing the hero Tendril in action.
-------------------------------------------------
The class ended with the ring of the bell, Aizawa entering and allowing you to leave. You walked along the corridor and towards the teacher's lounge, wanting to prepare for your next class. On the way, you crossed paths with someone you didn't want to see. Midnight watched you with lust filled eyes, not taking them off you as you hurried towards your destination. If there were other's there, you knew that Midnight wouldn't try anything. She was well known for being someone who loved youth but she had never acted upon her urges so no one saw her as a threat to the children. You assumed that it was more admiration for bravery and athleticism which could easily be related to the training heroics students. But the way she looked at you...
Admiration...
As if.
You knew for a fact that her half lidded eyes showed only her intention to do lewd things to you. She had admitted that she wanted that, to have sex with you. That was what she meant when she said she was all game and that it didn't matter that you were a female. If this had happened before you met your ex and properly fallen in love with someone, changing the way you felt about love and generally everything else, you might've been into it. Teenage (Y/n) would've flirted back, kissed her back, let it all happen back there in the girl's bathroom. She had no care, nor shame. But you didn't blame your past self for the way you acted, you were outcasted and shunned by the people who were supposed to love and take care of you.
Sex was an escape.
A way to receive affection through the touch of another without them thinking too much of it. You didn't need to know each other's names, all you needed was a place and a girl who was willing. It wasn't hard to find them either, nor was it now but you hadn't tried since you met your ex. It wasn't just girls who were attracted to girls either, straight girls would come along too. It was sex and since it was more about the feeling than the person, they didn't care. All they wanted was to feel good and return to their normal lives after it was all over.
You paused once you reached the door of the teacher's lounge, turning and leaning your back up against the wall, harshly biting your lip. Now that Midnight had done as she had you were overthinking everything that was going on. You were remembering the things you had temporarily forgotten over your relationship and year of 'healing'.
Midnight was ruining everything.
It doesn't go much into specifics right now, just core emotions and how (Y/n) feels about certain things. And don't worry, there will be a lot more Midnight in future chapters. Thank you for reading :)
