It was early in the morning when everyone was awoken to "We're not having bond time. Blue, Blue!" Dream waved his hand in front of his friends face. Cross and Ink looked at the two snickering. They were like toddlers fighting over a doll. Killer was leaning against the wall watching the event unfold. Blue bounded over to him and started persuading dream that he looked like the kind of person who'd cheat in monopoly. Dream wasn't hearing any of it. Killer pushed Blue away with little effort before turning around.
Dust rushed over to Blue before scowling at Killer, "He didn't do anything to you." Dust snapped anger coursing through him; Killer was strong and might've bruised him. He gently picked blue up before scanning him through to check for no scars, Blue's bones were clean.
"Blue's survived one push. You're being protective." Dream pointed out still refusing to use Dust's name. He stared at Killer as he rolled his eyes. Both of them were sick of them. Killer turned around and did the only thing he could to get the two blocking the hallway.
"Who hear wanna play monopoly?" Killer asked smirking, he was determined to show he didn't cheat at a game he'd never played before. Blue looked up at and rushed out to get the box. Dream slid into a kitchen counter with a small notebook by him,
"What'd you need that for?" Killer asked confused.
"It helps me win." Dream responded solemnly.
"You're getting cocky." Killer said as he went to get himself a glass of water from the taps. The water poured out. He slipped into the seat beside Dust. The skeleton looked at Killer "We've never played and you want to win?" He asked gobsmacked.
"You never know he could be a pro at monopoly." Cross said as he slid in his seat ignoring Ink tugging at his sleeve. Ink scowled and went to get his own stall.
Blue bounded over gripping the monopoly as if someone was about to snatch it. He popped it down on the kitchen table and they all unpacked it. Dream took the silver dog instantly and placed it on go while everyone else fought for what remained.
Horror was the iron.
The game started with blue insisting he was the banker as A: He couldn't trust a guest to not cheat and B: Dream was OP when he was the banker. Cross stared knowing he was about to have an epic fail at this game but he kept his mouth shut. Maybe Ink without a soul would loose from where he just didn't care if he landed on anyone's spot.
Cross still lost first.
They hadn't even started trading when Cross ended up in jail and had a loan of 2k to give to Dust. The second he got out he lost the last of his money to Killer and rage quitted. The odds of him winning weren't there so he gave up.
Dust never got his 2k back though.
The next person to go was Horror who landed on Dreams 3 houses on the most expensive property. The only person who'd be able to pay up was Killer or Dream so within a few seconds Dream had all of Horrors net worth as well as one less player to worry about.
Following Horror was Blue who gave up knowing that he wasn't going to win. He'd missed Killer on his property a few times and had all his properties mortgaged. He wasn't earning just loosing money. He'd landed on chance when he dropped out. To his annoyance he could've beaten Dust if he hadn't considering he lost the next go and the chance was go to jail.
Dust lost landing on Killer and he lost by one thousand. Cross had gone running when he started chasing him that he could've won had Cross repayed his 2k. He never could've won considering that Ink lost soon after only for Dream and Killer to play for another half an hour.
Everyone had long since retreated to the lounge waiting to hear Killer rage quit or lose his money. Blue had informed them all that Dream barely ever lost and when he did it was to a professional. Cross was joking with Horror and Dust that Killer had played with the drunk officer allowing him to know how to win. Ink was having a convocation with blue about art and food. The two were quickly forming a relationship
"How are you so good?" Suddenly came an outraged yell from the kitchen.
"I'm not good you're just a cocky child." Everyone smiled knowing Killer was winning now.
"You're in jail and You're still winning." Dream stated.
"I've been in jail most of the game Dream." Then before anyone could say anything Dream walked out with no cash in his hand. Blue widened his eyes at the sight
"You actually lost!" He screamed as he leapt into Dream.
"Yep, got to cocky and failed to realise that I was earning money while he wasn't because I ket magically getting go to jail cards." Killer pointed out smirking.
Dream looked pissed "I knew you'd cheat!" he screamed before killer shushed him
"I figured out how to keep double rolling Dream, I'm pure skill!" He teased causing Dream to scowl.
Horror headed to the kitchen, "Hey, you sure there's enough food around here?" He yelled noting how there was a lack of shreddies and no other breakfast foods in sight.
"We weren't planning on having guests." Dream said looking at Killer when he said that as if everyone else was a resident in the house. He scowled at him clearly annoyed he'd won.
Ink and Blue continued their chat when Blue suggested an idea unknowingly, "Hey we can go to the local café you'd love their bacon!" He giggled slightly while Dream looked other everyone else
"Who's up to going to the café?" he suggested. Everyone nodded
"That was Blues magnificent idea! MHEHEHEHE." Blue announced causing Dust to explode with cuteness
