Face your fears (Errorink)

Errors POV
I woke up in Ink's arms. Shocked I tried to get off him but apparently he was awake and held me down.

"Ink GEt OfF!"

"I think that you are on me."

Shoot he was correct. I struggled a bit more before giving up and laying my head on his chest. When he relaxed I quickly sat and up and opened a portal. Before I could get through a hand grabbed mine and pulled me back.

"InK LeT gO!"

"You aren't glitching and you didn't crash."

Oh my gosh, he was right. What did he do? I then almost did crash until my phone rang. Ink let me go so that I could take the call luckily. It's Nightmare I'm missing his meeting. I tell him that Inks being a jerk and not letting me leave sending a glare at him. After I hang up I turn to him glaring.

"GReAt NoW I'm mIssINg an ImPOrTAnt MeetInG."

"What could be more important than me though?"

Without answering I turned my head blushing. He must have noticed cause he laughed and grabbed my hand again. I didn't notice anything different until he pulled me through a portal.

Inks POV
I grabbed his hand and opened a portal. He was still trying to cover his blushing face when I pulled him in. We arrived in Cheftale. Luckily this was a new AU so they didn't know about Error. I dragged him into Sans and Papyrus restaurant. They really only served spaghetti. But unlike other AUs Papyrus actually served good food.

"InK WerE The FReSh HeCk ArE wE?"

I laughed at his words. Since he and Fresh fought a lot, Fresh censored his curses.

"Cheftale. I'm taking you out to eat. You don't eat much living in the void now do you."

"YOur TaKIng Me OuT tO diNNeR?"

"Yep! Now that we're friends I thought I would do something with you. The Star Sans and I go out for dinner all the time."

The last part was a lie. I wanted to take Error out on a date but if he knew it was a date he would kill me or use against me in battles forever. My plan was basically to get Error to fall for me so I can have this feeling forever. That will work right readers.

(The author desperately tries to repair the fourth wall)

Anyways I dragged him into the restaurant. Sitting down at a table I grabbed the menu. The Sans of this AU obviously made it. It was really sloppy and the only thing on it was THE GREAT PAPYRUS'S GREAT SPAGHETTI! And another smaller thing that read melted snow. I put it down to look at Error and he was glaring at me. I tilted my head.

"What's wrong?"

"WE're FrIeNDs?"

"Yes, of course, I wouldn't be helping you if we were still enemies. Really if we were still enemy's I wouldn't help you. If you could touch me what stops you from strangling me am I right. Or stabbing me. We are friends right."

He just grinned and nodded.

"I LikE bEiNg FrIeNDs."

The smile looked nice on him. I had never truly seen him smile. Let alone at me. The Sans walked over and asked us what we wanted to eat and drink. I laughed considering there were only two things on the menu.

Errors POV
I listened while Ink explained that we were friends. It kind of hurt. I wanted to be more than friends but I knew it couldn't happen. I had discovered he was soulless a couple of months ago. I was destroying an AU when Ink came to stop me. In the middle of the battle, his emotions ran out. He almost killed me.

"We are friends right?"

I grinned and nodded, it was a start.

"I LikE bEiNg FrIeNDs."

I really did mean it. Truly I did. I would work toward my goal later. I smiled it might have been the most I've smiled in a day for a while. Ink must have noticed because his eye lights turned into an exclamation point and a heart. I was about to ask what his eye lights represent when I was interrupted by the Sans of this AU asking what we wanted to eat. While Ink ordered our food I slowly got lost in thought. Which is about when the voices started.

So will our ship sail or be hit by a cannon.

IT BETTER FREAKING SAIL.

I ship Drink. (OK so people in the comments please calm down. This was an asshole move of me like a year ago. This person isn't a multishipper and just tried to jump in with their ship. I respect everyone who ships something else but as an author, it's really annoying to see people comment that they don't like a ship in your story. That's is was I tried to do here. I don't mean any harm to anyone who ships drink. I recently got a lot of toxic people commenting and a lot of people upset about this. I hope this explains somethings.)

I hated it when they shouted at once but this was one of those times.

I just sighed while they continued their conversation. These were the nice ones. I actually had nice conversations with them every now and then. Sadly there were the ones that told me to kill myself. The puppet of myself was ripped apart by known other than me. Everyone hated me. Maybe Ink could help me with the voices.

"What was that about?"

"What?"

"You started staring into space and rolling your eyes sometimes."

"It'S NoThINg. I'll TeLl YOu LaTEr."

He looked like he was going to ask more questions but just then our food came. The look on his face was priceless. It was that look of joy that I had only seen in AUs that had never seen Genocide. God, I loved him. I wish I could tell him. But even if he did love me back would it really be the best for him? Well, readers let's see how my love life will end.
