Nanbaka Oneshots/Preferences (X Reader)

I like the idea of the player being just friends with their love interest first ^^ Also, does Uno remind anyone else of Aph America? (:(: 

Reader is 17.

Uno is 18, Rock is 19 and Nico and Jyugo are 16. Ya'll probably know that, but I wanted to make it clear! ^^

Since Rock went training with Liang in Building 5 and Jyugo was dragged along, and Nico was too busy playing his games to hang with you two, Uno and you were playing with some cards in the corner. Somehow, the conversation had found its way to love interests, and you both visibly sagged at the total and utter hopelessness of the whole thing, being in jail and all.

"I'm surrounded by the freaken Prison Host Club, I mean look at you all, and not one is the right age for me!" You whine, setting down your cards and dropping your cheek onto your fist with a pout.

"Yeahhh, I'm the only one allegeable for this gutsy bird, aren't I?" Cockily, Uno drops an arm heavy across your shoulders, but that's not what you roll your eyes and smirk at him about. That would be his choice of words. Crossing your arms, you turn your head to look at him with a raised eyebrow. Your friend grins mischievously back, making you just roll your eyes again and look back to the other boys of cell 13. Truth be told, when you had first moved in here you had thought Uno was cute. Because he is.

Buuuuut, as time went by, it became abundantly clear that nothing except friendship was between the two of you, unfortunately. Especially since the rest of your inmate fellows are either too old (Meaning, over the age of consent) for you, or too young (As teens, its unfortunately a little weird to date anyone who's even just 1 year younger then you. Or maybe that's just you.). Life sucks. You're in the prime of your teenage-dome! You should be enjoying it with guys your age.

But no.

Nooooooo. The world hates you.

"Sure, yeah. Nearly the same age... " You agree, deflated about the whole thing and looking around for something new to do. But humouring him, anyway.

"Plenty in common!"

"We're cute,"

"We get along,"

You let out some air through your lips, and lean back in his hold again to smile tightly at him. "Too bad we have zero sexual tension."

Immediately Uno's grin drops and is replaced by a very unhappy pout, which makes you want to giggle. He covers his face and hides it in your shoulder. "The world hates me!"

"Awwwww, Uno, don't make that face! I'm sure your soulmate is just around the corner!" You comfort your friend, patting his hat, but are unable to keep the little smile off your face. Cute boy!

___ A Few Weeks Later___

"You want me to what???" You look horrified at Yamato, who up until this point you have regarded as your favourite guard. He just laughs at your scared, embarrassed look and drops the warm, folded clothes in your arms. You can barley see him over the pile now. "Wait- Yamato! I can not-" 

"It'll be fine! You're all friends! I have to go find Number 99 for some scheduled training!"

And, just like that, Yamato Godai is gone, down the wrong hallway. 

And you're left with Rock, Uno, Nico and Jyugos clean clothes, and the task of taking them to them. And, where are these boys, you might ask? 

Oh, just the BATH. 

What- what do you do?? You can't go in there! They're boys! They have... You look around frantically for help. They have different equiptment from you! You don't want this task! This should be illegal! Hopelessly, you look after where Yamato ran off. "You suck, Yamato!!" You whine, pouting, before looking up into the bright ceiling light in thought, tapping a foot on the ground. How can you get out of this? Seitarou is sick today, and Hajime's gone off to meet the warden. "Why does Hajime have to be gone when I need him?!"
