Deaton reached to her back pocket and pulled out her black wallet, not once breaking eye contact with Genevieve. She held it in front of her to show the room her wallet. "It's still here, you're not much of the thief—" she opened her wallet to find it empty.

"I needed the money," Genevieve pulled out a few dollar bills out of her jacket pocket. A small smile played on the Director's lips as he watched their conversation. "The wallet was worthless." She said extending her hand to give Agent Deaton her money. Deaton accepted with a small nod of approval and shook her hand.

The man leaning on the wall walked up to her, his face morphing into a lazy grin. "You and I could get along. De' Gracias," he extended his hand and shook her hand, "Carlos De' Gracias."

"Genevieve Wilfred," the girl sitting on the floor stood up and frisked towards Genevieve with her hands swaying beside her. Genevieve extended her hand, expecting a handshake but the girl wrapped her arms around her. Genevieve went rigid at her way of greeting. "I'm Nicole Harvey but you can call me Nicky, everyone does. Let me tell you Nevi—wait I can call you Nevi right, of course I can—we are going to be the best of friends. You are going to rob the banks and I am going to blow them up!" Nicole's voice was the most enthusiastic sound Genevieve had ever encountered.

When Nicole released Genevieve, she looked at the last agent, Flynn who was walking over to her. She raised her eyebrows, asking a silent question about 'Nicky'. Analyzing her expression the corners of his lips curved upwards. "She had been in a traumatic accident last year," he stated simply as if that was enough an explanation. "Flynn. I look forward in working with you Genevieve."

She shook his hand. She noticed how he didn't mention his full name. The shade of green his eyes held still reminded her of someone, she just couldn't place who. Flynn held on to her hand longer, his green eyes kept in contact with her blue ones, examining her. Davidson cleared his throat, bringing all the attention back to him. "Now that you all have met Nevi, I think we can proceed." He walked to the metal drawers by the corner of his room and pulled out a file, the very same that he had taken out the day before.

"In the last two months, there have been multiple Blind Spot Agent assassinations that have been reported. They take place within at least two weeks. We don't know who is behind it but there have been multiple Redstone sightings," Davidson said sitting down behind his desk, resting his chin on his fist, "and I think that they that their behind it. I want you to track the killer down and bring him here." He rummaged through the file and closed it.

"I think he is here," Genevieve informed, "I saw the Redstone 'R' on my way here." Her lips had a slight tremor as she spoke, her mind terrified at the thought of him even possibly being here.

All eyes in the room were examining her, except for Nicole's. She was on the ground sparking the wires again. Genevieve looked at the Director, silently asking him for his opinion.

"Do you think he could be back?" Deaton asked the Director urgently, "He has had his time to plan revenge, Kiara." He replied warily. "And I think now, he wants it."

Deaton—Kiara—casted a long suspicious glance at the Director, but nodded nevertheless. There was a long moment of silence, Flynn and Carlos most likely wondering who they were referring to. Finally Director Davidson broke the silence.

"Kiara," he handed the file to the Agent Deaton, "I want you to lead the team and—"

"No," she replied her face and voice once again monotonic.

The Director sighed deeply, running a hand through his hair as if he was expecting this answer. "Kiara, you're the most experienced agent in this room and there is no other—"

"Do you remember the last mission I led?" She wasn't yelling but the edge in her voice was clear. "Do we want a repeat of last time, Davidson?" Her eyes flickered to the group of s beside her. Genevieve noticed that Davidson looked too. "Would you like another son dead?"

A flash of worry crossed his face but he remained silent. After a few seconds he turned to the man that had told her that Redstone had returned. "Flynn." He stated handing him the file, "I want you to lead the team."

Flynn slowly nodded, unsure of the events taking place. "You will be escorted to your residence for the mission in an hour."

Sensing the dismissal, Carlos left the room, followed by the line of s beside her. She left but she saw Flynn still standing there—waiting for something. Genevieve was almost across the hallway when she heard footsteps and a firm clap on the back. "Be careful, Flynn." Davidson's voice uttered.

"I don't need another son dead."

That was when she realized the familiarity of the green eyes.

Flynn Davidson was Cory Davidson's only alive son.
