"Luna."

I turned around and Parker was standing there. Right there in fornt of me.

~What do I do now? I just can't pretend I didn't see him. Oh, how I have missed him so much. He looked a little different than the last time I saw him, but he was still the dreamy guy I fell in love with all those years ago. I could never forget his dark black hair and how I just wanted to run my fingers through it. His smile is so breathtaking and when he smiles I just want to kiss him. His deep brown eyes are so dreamy, I could stare in them all day. He looked super nervous standing there.~

"Parker. Hey," I say as he walked closer to me.

He leaned in and hugged me. As I hugged him, the smell of his cologne made all the memories flood back.

"What are you doing here," Parker asked as he let go of me and unlocked his door.

"I came to see you," I say walking into his apartment.

~His apartment was a mess. This wasn't a place for four year old or a wife. It was also really small, not big enough for a family.~

"Where is Autumn," I ask.

"Where is Cole."

I sat down at the little kitchen table and thought for a second, staring at the floor. Parker sat across from me.

I look up at Parker with tears in my eyes and said, "Cole made me marry him. When we were at the cabin, he beat and tortured me. Cole wrote that letter to you. I wanted to tell you everything that was going on in that letter but Cole wouldn't let me. I tried so hard to get away but nothing worked. He would leave a lot to go drinking and come back and get aggressive with me. He promised he wouldn't hurt me anymore but that's all he did."

Parker got out of the chair and kneeled in front of me.

"Everything is going to be alright, now. I won't leave you," Parker said cupping my face with his hands and wiped my tears as he leaned up and kissed me.

'What about Autumn," I ask as we end the kiss.

"I lied. We never got back together or had a child. I wanted you to be happy for me but I was just miserable without you. Look I just live in this awful apartment," he says as he stands and sits back in the chair.

~He is just like a lost puppy. Everything is going to get better when we get together.~

"I have money saved up for when I planned on running away from Cole. We can get a better apartment or a house and live the rest of our lives together," I say reaching over and touching his arm and smiling at him. "We just need to go to New York to get it."

"Let's go," He says as he gets up and heads to the door and opens it.

"Alright," I say a little shocked.

I stood and walked out the door. Parker shut it behind me and locked it. We walked down the stairs to the lobby and out to my car.

I started the car and started to drive.

"So, how is your tattoo shop going," Parker asked.

"I never opened it. Cole said it was a waste of time."

"But it's your dream. You should open it in Blessing."

~Parker seemed so excited from me to have my own business.~

"I'll think about it."

The whole car ride I couldn't stop thinking. ~Is it going to work out with Parker and me? I just hope that Cole doesn't try to ruin everything again. The past five years have been miserable. I can finally start over with Parker, have my business, and have a family like I have always wanted.~

After three hours or so of catching up, we pulled in to my driveway. It was 12:30 pm. Cole was at work, so he wouldn't get in the way. We got out of the car and headed for the door. I unlocked it and we walked inside. The house was destroyed.

~Cole must have been pissed off when I left.~

"It normally isn't like this," I say as we walk through the house.

"I bet," Parker said.

We had until 5:30 pm when Cole came home. I planned on packing a few more things to take with us and grab the money I had hidden. The money was hidden under one of the floorboards in the spare bedroom. I knew Cole wouldn't look there. He didn't even know the floor was like that. I had over $111,000 from working the past five years and some were leftover from when my mom died. I never had the use for money, Cole bought me everything.

After packing and cleaning the house it was getting close to 5:30. I didn't notice until Cole walked in.

"What the hell are you doing here," I hear Cole yelling from the other room.

I ran into the living room and Cole was close to punching Parker in the face.

"Stop," I yell stepping between them to stop Cole.

"Baby. You came home," Cole said trying to hug me but I pushed him off.

"I'm not staying. I just came to get some things," I say as I grab my bags. "Let's go."

Cole didn't do anything to stop us. It was surprising. He just didn't move.

Parker and I got into the car and backed out of the driveway.

"I should get the divorce papers from my lawyer before we leave town," I say as I pull into the lawyer's parking lot.

Parker just sat in the car while I went in. I have had the papers made for a few weeks now, Cole just has to sign them. I don't even know if he will or not.

I walked in, grabbed the papers and walked back out.

We drove back to my house. Parker stayed in the car again.

I walked back into the house and Cole was still standing there. I was gone 15 minutes.

"Can you sign these, please," I say handing him the papers.

"Of Course I will. Of that's really what you want," Cole says as he takes the papers.

"I'm sorry. It's just the way you treated me and lied to me."

"I know. I'm sorry, too," Cole said in the saddest tone I had ever heard. "I hope you will be happy with Parker."

"I will be," I say as I take the papers back.

Cole leaned in for a hug. I hugged him back just to say how sorry I was. As he hugged me, I felt a sharp pain in my side. Cole had stabbed me with his pocket knife.

"How could you," I say as I fall to the floor.

"You can't leave me," Cole says as he takes back the papers and rips them up.

~That's the last thing I see before everything goes black.~
