Jason leaned over him and placed a hand on his shoulder, Percy blushed deeply as Jason said something to him. He couldn't hear, his heart was beating too hard in his ears to focus.
He pulled away and looked at the price tag for the bed that Percy had picked, "150? Percy, there are double beds cheeper in the next isle. Get something better."
Percy let out a cough, his throat stung.
"Oh. . . But what about the mattress and blankets?" He said. He coughed a bit, his legs a little Shakey.
"You can get those with the 40 dollars you'll be saving," he said as he looked at the couches price, "420? Not too bad. . . "
"Ah yes, the savings god," Thalia said sarcastically, "glad we brought you."
He grabbed the price tag off and set it in Percy's hand. He took Percy and Thalia over to the beds and picked out one that was 110 dollars and a double. He also helped pick out a desk, a coffee table, a simple tv stand, a normal table, and a few chairs.
They packed half of it into Percy's car, and the rest into Thalia's van. When they got to Percy's apartment, Jason carried most of it with only a little help from Thalia. Percy fell asleep on the floor, in his sleeping bag.
"Let's just go get him a mattress," Jason said. Thalia agreed with him.
They brought back a mattress and sat it on the bed piece. Jason picked Percy up and held him for a few seconds, he then sat him on the mattress he got for him and laid down next to him. Only then did he realize that Percy was shaking.
"Thalia," he said, "Do you have a thermometer?"
"No. Don't worry about Percy, he just gets sick Like this from time to time," she said, "we'll know if it's serious."
"How do we know if it's serious?" He whispered as he felt the boys soft as hell hair.
"When he starts having a nose bleed. It's really hard to explain, but Percy has a weak immune system. He can't even get vaccinated, so that's why. . . Well, one of them. . . Why he didn't go to school before this month," she answered.
Jason looked down to Percy and gently stroked his back, "Okay. . . "
"When he wakes up, we'll get him a phone," she said, "gods knows he needs one."
Jason stared down at him some more, admiring him. He loved the way his eyelashes framed his face, the way his lips tested and the way his nose looked. If god was a human, he'd be Percy.
Jason swallowed all of the spit building up in his throat.
"Well, we gotta go. Let go of Percy," Thalia said.
He shrugged, "I'll stay for a bit. . . Make sure Percy doesn't start getting worse."
Thalia rolled her eyes and walked out the front door.

When Percy woke up, he wasn't expecting to be in a sleeping Jason's arms. He blushed like crazy, so what? He liked boys, and this boy not only happened to be a god among men, but also incredibly nice to percy.
He jumped when Jason's phone ringed. He hadn't heard that sound in a while, Jason stirred when he heard it. Percy laid his head back down and pretended to be asleep.
He didn't want to get off of Jason.
Jason brushed his hand through Percy's hair as he answered the phone, "Hello?"
A voice was heard for a few seconds, "Um. . . Sure? I mean, I've got my hands full right now."
He paused, "Okay. Which partner would that be?"
He pauses again, "Poseidon Crestcean? Isn't his kid missing?"
Percy's heart sank when he heard his father's name.
"Yeah yeah," Jason listened again, "I'm with a friend."
Jason then blushed, "Yeah. It's the one I've been telling you about, Per. . ."
He stopped. Percy didn't hear anything from the phone. Jason continued, "anyways, I'll see you in a bit?"
Percy tried to hold back a cough, but it forced through anyways. Jason looked down to him and smiled, "Yeah. I'll see you at diner, goodbye father."
Percy blushed as Jason touched his hair, "Fine. . . Bye dad. . . I love you too."
He clicked the phone off and looked down to Percy. He sat up and laid Percy to the side, Jason got up and walked over to his book bag. He pulled out a scrap piece of paper and jotted something down before setting it on the boxes of things Percy hadn't set up yet.
"Phone number," he said, "Perce, you really do need a phone. Tomarrow we'll go out and get you a phone."
Percy frowned, "But I have school and work."
"Take a break."
"I need to call in, Besides, I'm not that bad," he excused.
Jason shook his head, "Where do you work?"
"The place down the street, Helens I think?" He said. Jason nodded and pulled out his phone, he typed some things down and read for a bit.
Percy raised an eyebrow at his friends behavior.
"Yes, hello? Is this Helens?" He asked. Percy frowned, "Yeah. I'm just calling to tell you that I won't be able to make it in tomorrow. Yeah? My name is Percy Jackson?"
"What are you doing?" Percy asked.
"Okay, thank you."
"Jason!" He shouted.
"Look," he said, "You're sick. Just take a break before you start puking up blood, okay?"
Percy looked down, "Fine."
