Arshi ff -Jaan Hai? ( Completed )

Arnav was staring at the door continuously where his jaan is lying lifeless. His trance broke by nk who came with family to see khushi.

Nk : (worried) bhai how is angel?

Arnav : (blankly) don't know. Dr is treating her. (To nk like a baby  ) nothing will happen to her na?

NK : bhai just relax. Nothing will happen to her. She know you can't live without her.

Their talk broke by the sound of opening the door. They turn to see Dr coming out from the room. They rushed near him with lots of questions.

Arnav : (tensed) Dr how is my khushi? Is she fine? Nothing happen to her na ? Why are you not speaking damn it.

Dr: relax my boy. She is fine. Just have some wounds on head and her left hand and right leg. She had lost blood. Now she is sleeping due to the medicine. Make sure she gets enough rest and make her eat healthy food.  She will be ok in 4 to 5 days.you can meet her.

After saying this Dr went away. Arnav and NK was the first one to go inside. There was a shadow listening their talks. The shadow  sighs listening the Dr and went away.

Arnav was standing still at his place seeing his baby lying on hospital bed attached with lots of wires and machines around her. Again he has to see her in this state. But composing himself he sat near khushi. He take her hand in his and softly caressed it.

Arnav : baby what have you done to yourself? Pls wake up. Enough of your drama ok. You are enjoying to see me like this right. But it's enough. Pls open your eyes jaan.

But she was sleeping. Nk felt bad to see them like that. He just prayed for their well being in his mind.

After sometime khushi woke up. Arnav saw this and hugged her tightly making sure he is not hurting her. Khushi know what he feels so she hugged him and slowly rubbed his back to calm him down.

They broke the hug and arnav said looking straight into her eyes.

Arnav : never ever pull this stunt on me again got it baby ?

Khushi nods her head.

Nk : nannav let me also see my angel.

By saying this he lightly pushed arnav and hugged khushi. Arnav was glaring him angrily but the brother sister duo was in their own world. Khushi saw him angrily and muttering some curses. She giggled seeing him like that. Arnav glares her. She stops giggling instantly.

Same time family members came to see them.they asked about her health and spend some time with her and returned to home.

Now in room there was only nk and arshi.

Arnav :( little angrily)  baby what happened to you? How you reached there?  And why the hell you went alone? I told you nth times to be careful and never go alone. And you just went without saying to anyone and you not bothered to say to guards too. Why ? What will I do with you ? You think all of this is joke?

Khushi looks down. Arnav lifts her chin and made her look at him.

Arnav : don't look down baby. Answer me. Why you went alone

Khushi : sorry aru. But it was urgent and when I looked for rohan (guard) he was speaking to di. So only I went alone. I thought I will go and come back early.  Sorry na.

Arnav : (scolds her) you always do this. Obeying me is not in your dictionary right?

Khushi : (cutely ) pls don't be angry na. I'm sorry. If you are again going to scold me let me tell you I'm feeling sleepy so good night.

Nk chuckles.

Nk:  enough bhai. Bygones are Bygones.  But now baby tell me what exactly happened to you?

Khushi : bhai, aru not here. Pls take me home. I don't want to stay in this stupid hospital.

Arnav : really. So you should have thought before pulling this stupidity.

Khushi pouts hearing him.and angrily turns her face to other side. Arnav smiles lightly seeing her antics.

Arnav : nk you stay with her. I will look after the discharge formalities.

Nk nods. Arnav goes. After sometime he came back and see khushi ready to go home. He slowly picks her up and goes outside. They both sat in back seats and NK in driver seat. They reached RM and arnav again picked her in his arms and slowly placed her on bed.

Arnav by tucking her in bed gone outside.  Nk and khushi was inside the room and NK was cracking some lame jokes and khushi was laughing.

Arnav came with her food and medicines. Her laugh died seeing the healthy food and medicines. She make faces seeing that. Arnav came near her and placed the food on table.

Arnav :(sternly )  stop making these faces. Nothing will going to  work on me. Open your mouth and eat this quietly and I don't want any of your tantrums.

Khushi pouts listening him. But eats the food. After feeding her Arnav pecks her lips and give her a glass of milk.

Khushi : no I don't want this milk. ( cutely ) pls aru I had all those yuck vegetables not this milk na

Arnav : (serious ) don't ever try jaan. You pulled these much stunts. Now you will listen to what I say. So stop cribbing and have it.

Arnav makes her drink milk and then give her medicine. After that he sat on bed taking her in his lap. Nk was sitting opposite to them.

Arnav : now tell me baby kya hua tha? And don't hide anything.

Khushi started narrating all the things happened starting from the point she left the college.

After hearing all they were shocked as well as surprised. Arnav was having mixed of emotions. He was thinking if that person not reached there then what would have happened to his life. At the same time he is worried thinking who will be the person. Is he or she a villian or saviour?

Arnav : do you think you can recognise the person?

Khushi : I'm not sure aru. But my heart says he is a good person.

Nk : he?

Khushi : yes I know it's a man. It's not that a girl can't save me like that.  But the eyes it's of a man.

Arnav : (frustrated) now who is he? First that shyam then Tania now he? What they all need from my jaan ? If he is good also y he is helping us? Too much of confusion. Arghh......

Khushi : aru calm down. I know you will find out all the answers very soon. Relax

Nk: angel is right nannav.

Arnav: hope so

They all talked for sometime. After sometime nk saw that Khushi is sleeping holding arnav tightly by hiding her face in his chest. Arnav too saw her.

Nk : I think she is sleeping due to medicines. Lay her properly. I will see you guys later.

Arnav nods. Nk goes outside not before pecking her forhead. Arnav makes her lye properly and covered her with blanket. He went to do some work not before kissing her head and glancing her last time.
