Chapter IV - Memories

As promised, Kagura came to the park the next day. Remembering his old schedule shift, he should be taking his break at two in the afternoon.

She got nothing to do other than her agenda with sadist later in the afternoon. She insisted to come with Gintoki to work, but he made excuses for her to rest instead.

Staying at home was boring, so she went to take a stroll instead. Of course, she took Sora with her, not forgetting Sadaharu.

"Mami, can we visit aunty Tsukky?" She rolled her little body around Sadaharu's back.

"Hm... Aunty Tsukky might be busy. Let's go to anego instead." Sora pouted. She wasn't a big fan of Otae.

Otae once delivered them some food and Sora had to suffer a week of fever. And the fact she was to keep quiet of her so-called "compliment" made her unsatisfied. She also learned yesterday that she got an amazing amount of strength, enough to strangle her.

"Do we have to go? Anego is scary," she made a disgust-terrified look.

"It'll be fine-aru. She may be gorilla-like, but anego is anego-aru!" she cheered. "After that, we can go see if aunty Tsukky is finished with her work," she smiled. Sora cheered, wiggling around the white fur.

//Otae's Dojo//

"Mami, can we go yet?" whispered Sora.

"Aw come on, we just got here," Kagura replied. Sora pouted.

"Otae-chan, I got some snacks." Kyuubei entered the room with two full plastic bags of snacks in her hands.

"Mami, who's that?" She whispered pointing at Kyuubei. "You remember, that guy I told you last time? The one who's desperate to be a man, that's her." Sora gave an 'oh' as a response.

"Oh, Kagura-chan, you're here. Is she...?"

"Yeah, Sora this is Kyu-chan," she introduced.

"OTAE!! LISTEN TO ME, TSUKKY, SHE..." The pervert ninja jumped into Otae for a hug, sobbing loudly.

"Sarutobi! Don't cling to Otae-chan like that!" Kyuubei huffed. She tugged on the clinging pervert off Otae.

"Calm down, what happened to Tsukky?" Otae asked. "SHE, AND GINTOKI-"

Slam. The door banged. "Sarutobi! I said, there's nothing between me and Gintoki!"

Her face flushed red, probably because of all the running. Or was it?

Sacchan, still clinging onto Otae sobbed louder. Tsukuyo whose face was flushed red was now calmed down after seeing the sight of Sora.

"Aunty Tsukky!" Sora rushed towards Tsukuyo. "Oh, Sora." She held out an arm to catch her.

"Tsukky..! You, you betrayed me..!" Sacchan cried. Spreading snot all over Otae's kimono.

"L-like I said, there's nothing between us," she stuttered. "Nonsense! I saw you with him in the dango shop just now!"

"Huh? W-what are you talking ab-b-bout?? What is she talking about??" She asked Sora. "Tsukky, she's saying that you're going out with Gin-chan," Sora replied.

'Wha- NOT HELPING!!' her mind screamed.

"THAT'S RIGHT! YOU'RE...huwaaaa" she cried again. Tsukuyo turned to look at Kagura this time, begging for help.

"So that's why Gin-chan didn't want me to come with him. To think about it, Shinpachi also didn't come with him." She nodded, agreeing with herself.
