No matter how hard I try, it will never be enough
It's no wonder the think that I'm not tough.
So if I get a chance I will gladly take it up
The nagging, the judging, the hating, I'm fed up!Surrounded by a cage of loneliness, I lie, depressed
And when people start noticing, they couldn't not care less.
When they ask, I smile and say 'I'm fine.'
Little do they know what's going on in my mind.
Seeing no other way out they put restrictions
Thinking that this act would lessen the complications.
Do they even hear themselves while talking to me?
Or are they heartless, shouting with glee?Somewhere in there they might be concerned
But my shell thickens, giving up with full surrenderAnd when they ask themselves, 'What did I do?', 'What went wrong?', 'What did I say?'
They will realize it's their turn to pay.MANKSTERA
