Assassins of Rainbow

(Excalibur PoV)

"Anything I should know about this Teshin?" Shuhrat asked, we had just gotten here. landed in the clearing next to a cave. "He is a very good fighter. But hopefully we won't have to fight him." I said, "Excalibur, you are actually talking to other people?" Shannon said, "Yeah, it was your idea to open up." I replied, "I said open up to your brother not everyone." She chuckled but looking at Shuhrat's confused face clearly shown that she spoke a bit too much. "This is why I choose to stay quiet." I replied before walking into the cave.

"You have a brother?" Shuhrat asked, "Yeah, Marius." I responded quickly, focusing on every shadow. Shannon was doing the same thing. Shuhrat was about to pull out a torch when we walked further in, but I quickly stopped him. "No, no Electric torches. We use fire so he doesn't attack." Shannon said, wrapping some cloth around a stick, putting some liquid on t and then setting it alight.

We carried on moving forwards with Shuhrat protecting our behind, me protecting our front and Shannon holding onto the torch. I heard some shuffling from in front, so I quickly called out. "Teshin? We come in peace. Do not attack us."

I heard more shuffling before I heard an echoing voice, "Pupil, I was not expecting to see you here. although you still need to pass the test to see me. Otherwise it would not be fair to the countless Shadows that tried to get me."

I simply nodded, signalled Shannon to pass me the torch, then telling the others to wait here. I shouldn't be too long.

I walked forwards when I noticed a water fall. Where torches would be put out. I sighed before passing through it, throwing the torch to the side into the small lake and waiting for my eyes to adjust. I waited to hear something but I didn't. the problem about Teshin is that he isn't heard unless he want's to be heard. So listening is pretty useless.

I waited to feel a disturbance, going back to the basic training Teshin taught me. I felt something behind me when I rolled out of the way and noticed Teshin fly past with his Katana out.

"Good Pupil, you seem to have trained your senses more since the last time we met."

I walked towards Teshin keeping a hand on my Katana, waiting. I saw him smile before he quickly swung towards my head, it would be a killing blow but I was fast enough to block. He quickly started slashing left and right. Then he moved over to another heavy. I blocked them all but I was forced onto the defensive. He quickly followed up with two slices to each side. I blocked the right side but got sliced twice in the left. Deep cuts. Teshin laughed a bit.

"You have lost your edge Excalibur." He said as he held out his hand, I grabbed it and he helped me up. "I wouldn't kill you, come on let's go see your friends."

We walked towards the cave entrance where the others were, They saw me bleeding and Shuhrat flew into a rage, "What have you done to her Ты ублюдок? (You bastard.)" He went to throw a punch when I spoke up, "Shuhrat, I'm ok. His training is much worse than this." He didn't lose his anger but stopped the attack. Shannon ran up with a med kit and started to work on my wound.

"So pupil, what did you need of me?" he asked, "We are fighting white masks, with team rainbow. Although their CQC is moderate, I was going to ask if you wanted to join as a CQC trainer." I explained, he seemed in thought for a moment. "Sure, I haven't had Pupils since you two. So it will be fun to train someone more."

"It won't be 'Someone' it would be 'some people'." Shannon corrected, a wicked smile grew across Teshin's face, "Even better, come on let's go to your chopper." He said, walking off towards the Helicopter. Shuhrat looked confused and angry.

"Who is he?" he asked, "Teshin, he is the person who trained me and Megan in CQC and gun handling. He is really good." Shannon answered, she helped me onto my feet but I could feel the pain starting to go away. "Come on, lets meet him there." I said, we started walking over to the Chopper behind Teshin.
