The Banana Bus Crew and RWBY

"Ruby why do WE have to come along?"

A white haired girl asked with a venomous tone to her leader who completely ignored the one of her voice. "C'mon Weiss! I swear I saw fire work over her and I wanna see them!" Ruby squealed with delight. Even Blake seemed somewhat interested in the idea of seeing fire works and even more surprising was that Yang looked like She wanted to be back in bed. "Ruby we didn't see anything... wait have you been eating the cookie dough again?" Her half sister questioned. Ruby reeled back in fake shock "Yang I stopped doing that months ago! ...And I did see fireworks!"

Blake looked from the two had sisters and to the sky which surprisingly had little lights that resembled the fireworks Ruby was talking about. Weiss didn't notice them and kept berating her leader "Ruby Rose we are not even permitted to be out here!" They were walking further and further into the Grimm filled Emerald forest and at night no less.

They hadn't seen any Grimm at all but they kept on their guard... at least Blake was.

"Look there is fireworks!" Ruby yelled and pointed to a sudden bright orange light that looked suspiciously like flames and because of the echoed explosion. Yang looked up and narrows her eyes at the now visible black shape flying out of the 'fireworks' color "Uhhh Rubes? That isn't a firework." Yang said now looking more serious and baking up. Weiss drew her weapon and sidestepped off the dirt path "NO! You guys are no fun!" Ruby yelled as she turned to face and berate her team "Ruby seriously move!" Blake said while backing off the path. 

A loud roar from behind her made Ruby freeze mid-sentence.  A large shadow looked over her and started growling and making wolf like noises.  Ruby slowly turned around and looked up at the large figure that was coated in pitch black fur with large white spike jutting out along its arms and shoulders. 

Two glowing red eyes looked down on the four girls and narrowed as it opened its mouth filled with jagged sharp teeth and let out a deafening roar right in Ruby's face.  A beowolf. She put her hands up to her ears to try to stop the noise but she was so disorientated form the noise that she didn't even see the jaws of the beowolf lunge at her with the teeth just centimetres from her face "RUBY!" Yang shrieked as she tried to save her half sister.  

Just as Ruby looked up and saw the jaws about to slam down on her, a red and white blur smashed into the side of the beowolfs muzzle with the crack of bone.  The beowolf was thrown down just off the dirt path and into the bushes. The creature of Grimm lay there in pain but soon stood up and limped away, making whining noises with its lower jaw hanging lower than it should.

They all stood there confused at what just happened. First, there's weird looking fireworks in the sky then a massive Beowolf appears out of nowhere about to kill Ruby then it's just gone? This was a weird Wednesday night.

"So... I'm not the only one who just saw that right?" Blake asked while looking around, not even sure if she saw what she saw. Weiss was slowly walking forward to Ruby who was still in a daze and staring forward with a surprised expression "Ruby are you alright?" Weiss asked as she put a hand on her leaders shoulder "Yeah I'm-" Ruby started until she saw a figure limp out of the same place where the beowolf had just run off to.

The figure was saying something inaudible to the girls but it defiantly hadn't seen or even noticed them. "D..dammit my leg. Sssshh...shit that hurt" the figure groaned while looking down the path, still not noticing the girls behind it "Where the hell am I?" The figure asked itself.

Weiss and Ruby suddenly rushed forward with her weapons out and aimed to attack "The beowolfs back!" Weiss yelled as she got even closer to strike. Ruby bolted ahead with Yang and Blake running behind her to take down the beowolf. As she was about to swing down her scythe she noticed that the figure was smaller than the beowolf and was holding a white rectangle with a glowing screen. A scroll?
