It was finally the weekend and I couldn't wait to meet Hwanwoong. Hwanwoong and I have been bestfriends for 5 years but some said that Hwanwoong actually had a little crush on me but I always thought of it as a groundless rumor.

"where are you" I texted Hwanwoong and sat on a bench in the park.

"Here" He taped my shoulder and I stood up out of shock.

" you scared me" I pouted and hit his shoulder lightly.

"sorry" just wanted to suprise you.

"what's that?" I tried to look behind his back since he was hiding something in his hand.

"it's a polaroid camera !" He smiled as he showed it to me.

"why? isn't there something else you brought?"

"no I didn't and a camera is always an essential because we can take photos to treasure our precious memories together" Hwanwoong smiled..

I felt a bit disappointed since I didn't really enjoy taking pictures.

"come on, let's sit there, near the lake" He pointed and dragged me there.

"I love the scenery here" He smiled and started to take some pictures.

"let's take a picture" He asked me to join him.

"I'll take a picture for you" I took the camera from him.

"okay, we can take a picture together later" he passed me the camera and I took a few pictures of him and it turned out pretty good. He came straight to me and looked at the results.

"there you go! my bestie is always good at taking pictures!" He showed a thumbs up.

"you can keep it, and stare at it everyday" he placed it into my palm and laughed.

"now it's your turn." he directed me to a spot he really liked.

"but I don't like taking pictures" I pouted.

"y/n just one, it's not fair if you have a picture of me but I don't have a picture of you from today."

I looked at the polaroid of him that was in my hand and thought only one picture wouldn't do any harm. I swear I hated pictures because I think I look horrible in them.

"come on y/n. Look here and smile" He gestured me to look at the camera and clicked the button.

"yes, beautiful" He smiled as the polaroid came out from the camera.

"now I have one too." he smiled to me.

"but I look horrible" I looked at the polaroid.

"what do you mean? you look beautiful"

I stared at the ground and walked back to the lake.

"why the sad face" Hwanwoong appeared beside me.

"nothing, I think I'm ugly. "

"WHAT" Hwanwoong gasped and handed me my photo.

"look at that, that's the most beautiful person I met in this world."

"are you sure?"

"of course y/n, now look behind it"

I flipped the polaroid to the other side and there was a little note.

"no matter what you think, everyone is beautiful in their own way and I see it"

I smiled at the note he wrote.

"yes that's it, smile. When you do, you look 10000 times more beautiful than you already are."

"thanks" I smiled and hugged him.

In between the hug, Hwanwoong muttered some words out.

"you know what y/n? that's actually the reason I like you"
