"What is she doing here?" I said out loud
"I have no idea." Jay whispered back
Uma came towards us and held Bens hand.
"I'm sorry. It all happened so fast. Something happened to me when I was on the Isle with Uma. A connection." Ben explained
How could he do this to Mal?
"What are you saying?" Mal asked
"I'm saying-~"
"It was love." Uma cut Ben off
"It was." Ben replied
"I just-- I realized how alike Ben and I are, you know?" Uma gushed
"We are."
"I know."

"Ben? Did you go back for her?" I asked
"He didn't have to. I dove through the barrier before it closed, and I'm an excellent swimmer." Uma explained
"You are." Ben complimented her
"Aw, thank you."
"Listen, Mal.,I just really want to thank you, I do, for everything. Thank you. Thank you so much."
Uma hugged Mal tightly. Mal just stood there lifeless. Uma walked towards me, I took a few steps back.
"And (Y/N), we're going to be sisters-in-law!" Uma exclaimed
She tried to hug me but I moved to the side
"Don't you see, Mal? You were right. You knew that we weren't meant to be together. That's why you never told me that you loved me. Thank you." Ben murmured
"Not too thrilled I risked my life for him." Carlos snapped
"I'm not proud to be his sister right now." I confessed
"We're with you, Mal." Lonnie said
"Let's get out of here." I suggested
We all made our way out of the cotillion, Jane ran up and beat us there.
"Lumiere, unveil the gift. They need to see it!" Jane yelled
"And now for the unveiling of King Ben's masterpiece, designed especially for his lady." Lumiere pointed at Mal and the portrait
"Ben did that?" Mal asked
"Yeah, he did." I smiled
"Oh! Evie. (Y/N). Ben's known who I was all along. Oh!" Mal explained
"He loves the real you, M." I told her
"A true love." Evie continued
"Told you." Carlos said
"Cover that back up!" Uma shouted
"I will not!" Lumiere fired back
"Um, uh-- why don't you tell everyone
the present you have for me, Ben?" Uma suggested through gritted teeth
"I have an announcement! Uma will be joining the court tonight as my lady." Ben announced
"Ben.."
I tried to step forward to talk to him
"Not now, (Y/N)!" Ben shouted at me
Ben has never ever shouted at me, no matter how annoyed he got with me. Something was really wrong.
"The...,Uh, so as my gift to her, I'm bringing down the barrier once and for all!" Ben continued
"Fairy Godmother. Bring down the barrier." Ben ordered
"I most certainly will not." Fg refused
"I am your king!" Ben bellowed
"Obey him." Uma replies
"Ben's been spelled." I whispered
"Ben. Uma found your spell book." Evie carried on
Mal takes a few steps forward and comes face to face with Ben.
"Ben. Look at me." Mal says
"No, look at me. You love me, remember?"
"No, you don't."
"Yes, you do."
They argue
"Ben, look at me." Mal repeats
"Bring down the barrier now!" Uma snapped
"I do not take orders from you!" Fg yelled
"Ben? Ben, I never told you that I loved you because I thought that I wasn't good enough. And I thought that it was only a matter of time before you realized that yourself. But, Ben, that's me!"
Mal pointed at the stained glass window
"I'm part Isle and part Auradon." Mal explains
"Ben, eyes over here." Uma orders
"And, Ben, you've always known who we were and who we can be."
"Don't listen to her."
Can I punch Uma in the face?
"Ben, I know what love feels like now. Ben, of course I love you. Ben, I've always loved you."
Mal leaned in and kissed Ben.
"Mal." Ben smiled
"True love's kiss." Evie whispers
"Works every time." Evie and I say
"Ugh, give it to me!"
Uma reaches for the wand
"No! Guards, seize her!"
Uma runs to the edge of the boat and we follow after her.
"No, no! Stop, please! Stop! Uma, I know you.
You are so much more than just a villain. And you have to believe me, because I've been there. Do not let your pride get in the way
of something that you really want." Mal calmly says
Uma's shell necklace glows and she looks at us with sadness in her eyes. She proceeds to jump into the water.
"No, no! Uma!"
We all lean against the railing as water starts rising up and swirling around like a tornado.
