It's nearly impossible to go to another Universe, It takes a miracle or something similar.

If however, you end up in another universe. It is believed to find parallel galaxies and planets which are in different times and states.
Something similar to the theory of strings, universes are represented as strings and if we were able to jump from one string to another we would be in a parallel world but with different layout/results.
