(Y/N) was beside me, she wasn't a keeper but she was the only girl and so her input would be taken into consideration.
Thomas sat on a stool just behind Gally, who was pacing.
He finally stopped and faced the crowd,
"... things are changing. Theres no denying that. First Ben gets stung in broad daylight, and then Alby."
Then he turned with a cold glare at Tommy.
"And now our greenie here has taken it upon himself to go into the maze. Which is a clear violation of our rules."
(Y/N) rolled her eyes and scoffed beside me,
Gally looked at her,
"Got something to say?"
"Yeah I do. He saved Ably's life! Not to mention I was in that shucking maze with him!"
She subconsciously touched the wound on her arm,
"Did he?"
Gally asked back,
"For three years we have co-existed with these things. And now you've killed one of em."
He pointed at the greenie.
"Who knows what that could mean for us?"
I looked at the ground then back up to Gally,
"So what do you suggest we do?"
Gally hesitated, locking eyes with me then (Y/N) and Minho.
"...he has to be punished."
"Oh come on!"
"Yeah!"
"What the shuck!?"
"No!"
(Y/N) stomped up to Gally,
"No shucking way Gally!"
Gally was about to retort when I butted in, to break up their intense glaring.
"Minho... you were there with em. What do you think we should do?"
Minho finally looked up,
"...I think... in all the time we've been here, no ones ever killed a Griever before."
He looked at Tommy,
"When I turned tail and ran, this dumb shank along with (Y/N) stood behind to help Alby."
He looked at the crowd then at me,
"Look, I dont know if he's brave or stupid... but whatever it is we need more of it."
He took a deep breath.
"So I say we make em a runner."
Everyone burst into uproar!
"A runner?"
"No way!"
"That's crazy!"
"The greenie?"
(Y/N) gave Minho a shocked look, and so did I.
Gally stepped forward,
"If you wanna throw a parade for the greenie. That's fine. Go ahead. But if there is one thing I know about the maze it is that you do not-"
Just then the greenie alarm started going off.
Everyone shared confused looks and hurried outside.
I ran ahead with Gally, Minho and (Y/N).
