Steven Universe One shots [Part two]

A knock on the wood door stop Pearl from finishing the dishes. She put her gloves away and made her way to the door. A girl, red hair and mascara runing down her face (in a neat way). Pearl sighs. "I'm looking for Rose Quartz,"

Pearl cringed, "Um- may I ask who you are?"

"Spinel Quartz her sister,"

Pearl sighs, "Get in here," the girl nodded and made her way in, "Shoes off," She slid off her shoes and looked around. She took note of the 5 year old playing with blocks. Pearl sat on the couch and sighs. "Take a seat this is a long story,"

Steven eyes light up at the word story and rushed into her lap. "Story timmmmeee!"

"Rose Quartz is long gone. Died 5 years ago, leaving behind this adorable little boy," Pearl smiled and kissed him. Steven laughed.

Spinel eyes widen, "My own sister...I uh-" She began laughing as tears fell down her face, "that's funny right? That she wanted nothing to do with me. Us."

Steven looked between Pearl and the girl. "This isn't a laughing matter Spinel. She didn't like her family, She didn't want go be involved with you,"

"Of course she didn't! Not when our mom's would treat me better, She hated me I get it! Rub it in. Rub in your perfect life with her,"

"Seriously Spinel. What the heck!"

"Pearl are you guys fight?" The spunky boy asked, he's hand clutched tightly around her shirt.

"No, I shouldn't have yelled,"

"You must know all about her life...without me! Rub it in!" Spinel contuined to yell. Pearl fell silent.

"Spinel....grow up," Pearl stood up and made her way upstairs, knowing Garnet would come out after hearing her say that.

Garnet did enraged from their room and showed Spinel her way out. Whispering a 'I'm sorry for your lost,' before shutting the door.
