"Ok.."

"What do we do... I don't wanna leave him here and bother urokodaki San and we'll get into danger if we bring him along. I don't want anything to happen to him."

"Y/n!" Urokodaki san called.

"... be right back... I'm coming!"

Tanjiro nodded as I headed into urokodakis sans room.

"Hai?" I questioned.

"Here this is what Tanjiro brought in that you forgot."

He turned around and was holding the corgi I saw from earlier.

"S-s-so you're telling me the corgi looking thing is mine?!"

"It's not just a regular dog. It'll help you during your battles and missions. It'll tell you where to be heading next."

"Don't the crows only do that?" I questioned.

"Yes but your father and mother had a special arrangement for you before you had become a demon slayer."

"..." I kept quiet as I stared intently at the dog as it was smiling back.

Urokodaki San let go of the dog, and the dog ran up to me and stood up on its hind legs and rested its front legs on my legs.

I picked the dog up carefully and stared at it.

"You sure this is mine?"

"Yes y/n"

"Are you 100percent positive?"

"Yes."

"... thank you?" I said confused and walked out of the room and headed back to where everyone was.

"Tanjiro!"

"Yea!"

"I think we should head out now" I suggested.

"Are you sure? I mean what about Kentaro?"

"I think they can protect him."

"Who's they?" He asked as i then pointed at the corgi.

"Oh so you finally met him!" Tanjiro cheered.

"It's a boy?"

"Yea I currently named it san if you couldn't come up with a name or yea"

"I like the name San. It's cute" I said looking at San and he barked.

"Kentaro you ready?"

"Yea!"

He got up and ran to me. I got down and let Kentaro go on my back.

"Y/n you sure you don't want me to hold him?" Tanjiro asked.

"Tanjiro it's fine you're already carrying nezuko!" I said in a relived tone assuring him that I am fine.

"EMERGENCY! EMERGENCY!" A high annoying voice said.

"EMERGENCY! A NEIGHBORING TOWN IS IN DANGER WITH FEMALES GOING MISSING AT NIGHT!" I turned around and saw a crow screaming.

".......... that thing is talking?" I questioned calmly.

"Yea it can it's weird right?" Tanjiro said.

I nodded agreeing to his question.

"Oi Kentaro get some rest for now this is gonna take a while since we are walking."

"But are you guys gonna be okay?"

"Of course we are!" I turned my head slightly to look at Kentaro at the corner of my eye.

"Okay goodnight neesan..." he said while closing his eyes. Shortly after that light snores could be heard.

"Neesan?" Tanjiro questioned.

"Don't worry about it... he probably just misses his family."

It's been a hour since we started walking and we both soon saw the town.

"Geez it looks dead..." I said then I got slight shivers.

"Are you cold?" Tanjiro looked over to me.

"N-no it's fine..."

"Here take my haori. You gave yours to Kentaro."

"No Tanjiro it's fine!" I waved one of my hand to stop him. But he didn't listen he stopped walking and set down the box nezuko was in, and took his haori off. He handed it to me as I looked at it.

"I said I'm fine"

He took Kentaro off my back and lightly placed him against a tree and made me put on the haori. I sighed and thanked him.

I then picked Kentaro back up again and started walking to the town.

"Let's go before anything else happens." I said and Tanjiro nodded.
