Both the characters already had purple and black so I just had to change a few things about both designs and ended up with:

I kept Neisans eyes and spikes His pants are shorter since Velvet wears shorts Velvets hair is shorter and fades into his purple Her bow is also spiked It also worked cause they both have a collar sort of thing to their shirts I feel like it needs more black though. Maybe a striped sweater?
