The wind was so cold by now, it had woken up Holly immensely, but not completely. She didn't see any towns where they were at now, it was just a bunch of ice and snow. The sleigh started to lower down and she felt herself become confused,
"Wait... don't you have to deliver other presents?"
"I already did. I came and got you last."
"That's good to know." Holly was in complete disbelief about what was going on. This all seemed so surreal, there was no way this wasn't a dream.
It's okay Holly, she thought to herself, trying to keep herself calm, it's just a very weird dream, you'll wake up soon, and you'll be back in bed. Everything's gonna be fine.
A huge hole suddenly opened up in the ice and the sleigh descended into what seemed like an underground city beneath the ice.
Oh my god... Holly thought to herself and the sleigh got lower and lower until it landed on the ground, tons of tiny people surrounding them excitedly.
"Let me guess... the elves?" Holly asked and Santa nodded his head, looking at all of them with a smile.
"This is Holly! Make sure to give her a warm welcome."
"Yeah, I'm gonna need it, it's so freezing here." Holly crossed her arms over her chest, her body starting to shiver from the cold.
"Curtis! There you are, take Holly to her new room and make sure she gets a good night's sleep." Santa waves over an elf, that was particularly young looking, like he might've been nine or so and the elf known as Curtis walked over, helping Holly down out of the sleigh,
"Watch your step, Miss."
"You... you guys all look like little kids..." Holly started to really focus on how the elves looked and Curtis nodded his head,
"Yeah... we get that a lot."

The little town was amazing, but Holly was still too sleepy to notice the details and intricacies of everything there. Curtis had already led her up to the room she was to stay in and when he opened the doors her eyes widened,
"Whoa."
This place really did seem like the North Pole. The room had its own Christmas tree and everything was in Christmas colors. Red, green, white and gold. The bed was massive and looked comfortable.
"The room has a bathroom too." Curtis smiled and Holly excitedly ran over to check it out.
"You know, you're taking this whole elf thing incredibly well. A lot better than I expected anyone to be able to."
Holly ran out of the bathroom and launched herself through the air, landing on the soft beautiful bed.
It's only a dream. I don't have to worry one bit. Holly thought to herself and smiled at Curtis,
"This place is really beautiful..."
Suddenly, her face twisted with disgust. She held her mouth and gagged, sprinting to the bathroom at full speed and lurching all the eggnog that hadn't digested already into the toilet.
"Are you okay?" Curtis approached the bathroom door and Holly took an after vomit breath of air,
"Oh yeah... I'm fine. I'll be better when I wake up."
"Alright... goodnight then." Curtis seemed unsure of what to do, he was so young he didn't know how exactly to handle the situation. So he quietly left the room, closing the door quietly behind himself. Judy was standing outside and they nearly ran into each other, Curtis stopping himself before he nearly knocked her and her platter of cocoa over.
