a knock on your door forced you to leave the couch and your tv. you wore nothing but a gray sportsbra, and gray sweats that hung loosely off your curvy frame. you didn't bother to cover up as you opened the door.
you didn't expect to see your best friend, hoseok at the door smiling sadly. his eyes were dull and sad, his mascara was running slightly, confirming that he'd been crying. he was wearing a pretty blue dress that complimented his skin perfectly.
"awh, hobi! what's wrong? come inside!"
he sniffled sadly and stepped inside. "um, lets go back to my room to get you comfortable." you offered. he followed you silently.
you made it to your room and he sat on your bed, like he's done many times, but this time was different. the moment he sat down on your bed, he broke down into tears.
you rushed to sit down beside him and console him. "what happened?" you asked. "i-i was stood up by my date. he humiliated me in front of his friends a-and he said it w-was a dare to ask me o-out." he replied shakily, remembering the details of the event.
anger bubbled inside you. how could someone do this? especially to your best friend and crush, who didn't deserve it? you continued to rub his back as you thought.
"where does that dirty bastard live? i'm going to-"
"d-don't leave me! please." he begged upon seeing you get ready to get revenge on the douche bag that stood him up. when hearing him beg, you went back to your spot and apologized.
"i'm sorry, how about we get you cleaned up?" you suggested and he nodded, attempting to crack a smile.
you grabbed some makeup removers from the bedside table and began to wipe makeup off his face. you wiped all the makeup off his face to see his natural beauty, and it damn near made you swoon.
"i have some extra clothes in my closet for you, if you want to get out of the dress." he nodded and stood off the bed to go pick out some clothing. he walked into the bathroom silently and changed quickly.
he came out wearing a pastel yellow oversized sweater with some loose shorts. he sat on your bed again, leaning his head on your shoulder. "i'll go get some snack and bring a movie."
