"Where am I? Is anyone there?" It calls. I'm not sure if the voice is feminine or masculine. I look at the sign on the door; 'Frisk: Found in Snowdin'. This might be the kid that Undyne found outside.. As well as Sans' ex. If I remember properly, they don't have a gender. I decide that I'd better get Sans. Despite not wanting to see him, he knows the most about the kid and their situation.

I grudgingly teleport to the skelebro's house in Snowdin. I notice that the weather is significantly better. I make a mental note to move my things. Papyrus is sprawled out on the couch, watching some sort of show. He turns to look at me.

"(Y/N)! ARE YOU ALRIGHT? WOULD YOU LIKE SOME HELP MOVING YOUR THINGS?" He struggles to sit up.

"No, no, it's fine." I say hastily, not wanting him to get worse. "I.. Uh.. Actually wanted to speak to your brother." I say.

"OH. SANS!" He shouts. "YOU HAVE A VISITOR!" Sans shows up in the living room, turning blue at the sight of me. He grabs my arm- without my permission- and teleports us to his room. I rip my arm from his grasp.

"(Y/N), I'm so, so sorry. Thanks for forgiving me." He says, joyfully. Really? Yeah, no.

"No way, you bonehead. You've gotta put some backbone into keeping our nonexistant friendship from dying eternally. I'm here to talk about something else." I snap. Sans looks down dejectedly.

"Right.. Sorry for assuming. Again, I mean. Sorry for the first time, too. What did you need?" His tone is soft. The pang of guilt returns.

"Uh.. You know Frisk?" I ask.

"What about them?" Sans asks, his voice slightly tense.

"Well, they're in the hospital room beside me- Very confused, may I add." Sans stands up, immediately disappearing into a flash of blue. He returns almost instantly.

"Can you.. Uh.. Take me there?I don't know the room number, and.." I bite back a badass remark, offering him my arm. He takes it, his fingers significantly bonier than last time. They dig into my skin, causing an unpleasant feeling. I shake off his hand as soon as we get there. The voice is still present, crying out more desperately. Sans rushes into the room. I see Alphys already there, trying to reason with the child. I go into the room hesitantly, my curiosity egging me on.

"Hey, kid. It's me. I promise I won't hurt you." Sans says, comfortingly. I remember all that Frisk has put him through; The depression, the suicide.. A pang of annoyance pokes at me. How can Sans be so nice.. So accepting of this.. Killer? They murdered my.. Now exfriend, I guess. It doesn't matter if they didn't mean to.. They caused Sans to give up. I sigh in annoyance. It's none of my business how a random child treats someone I'm not even friends with. And their wellbeing is none of my concern. I teleport into my cottage, plopping down onto the couch. The temperature seems to have reorganized itself. That's good, I suppose.

Numerous rage-filled Dauntless matches later, the sun has almost set. I go to bed without supper, my appetite gone from the near death experience.

In the morning, I pull on a comfortable black hoodie, as well as a pair of dark grey leggings. I brush my hair, wash my face, all the stuff that make me look presentable. I get myself a small bowl of cereal, my appetite worryingly absent. I absentmindedly take a bite, staring at the wall in thought. My doorbell rings. I teleport over, seeing a familiar comedian standing at the doorframe.

"(Y/N), please. Just give me a chance to explain." He begs. I almost close the door on him, but something stops me. Maybe I should listen to his story. Last time, he had a valid reason. Maybe he does this time too.

"Fine." I reply curtly. "This is your first and only chance." I teleport onto the couch, Sans doing the same. I shuffle over the the corner, trying to make it clear that I'm getting as far away from Sans as possible. He bows his head, doing the same.

"So, I'll start at the beginning. Just because I think that you deserve an explanation for the.. Thing that happened before all of this.." He hesitates. Him fixing his little.. Problem seems like it happened a million years ago. It's really the least of my concerns. "I was in heat.. It basically means that I get aroused more often.. I was irritated already from that, because my heat doesn't usually come in the two month period, so I-"

"Just get to the point." I snap curtly. "I don't want to hear about your man-period." I silently note down what monster heats are.

"R-Right.." Sans turns slightly blue. "Well, see, Papy doesn't usually go to train with Undyne, especially not to fight a monster. So I thought that you had tricked Undyne into letting you supervise him so that you two could be alone, y'know? It was stupid, and I shouldn't have assumed that. I'm really sorry. So then, I saw you looking like you had just used a ton of magic. And Papyrus was on the ground, looking half dead. There wasn't anyone else there, so I.. Just assumed that you had tried to murder him. So I tried to kill you in return.. Again, I'm super sorry." Sans apologises profusely. "Like, for real. I'll apologise to you a skeleton if it means you'll forgive me."

My mind is racing. He seems like he has a fairly good reason. Why shouldn't I forgive him? My own selfish desire to hold a grudge? It wasn't his fault.. At least, not entirely. I should forgive him. He's gone through enough, and I get why the situation would be suspicious. I make up my mind to forgive him. I'll try to restore our friendship to it's former glory.

"I forgive you." I say.

"..Actually?" He asks in disbelief.

"Of course, you numbskull. I can't be mad at you for something that isn't your fault." I give him a warm smile. A look of relief spreads across him face.

"Thanks, buddy. Tibia honest, I didn't think that you would." He smirks at his pun. I grin as well. "Oh, and also! To say sorry, I moved all of your stuff! It's outside." He concentrates for a second. My suitcase appears in front of me.

"Thanks. I appreciate it." I smile at him brightly. The look on his face.. It's truly happy. I love being the cause of that look.

"Right.. It's really the least I could do. Again, I'm truly sorry." He apologizes again.

"Dude. It's fine. Quit apologising. I forgive you. Wanna play Minecraft or something? We didn't get to it before." I offer. Sans shakes his head.

"Nah, thanks, though. I gotta go sort out my.. Uh.. 'Man period'." He hands me a phone that looks almost identical to mine. It's got a blue case, and looks slightly worn. "Gimme your number. I'll text you if I'm free to hang out. You do the same." I type in my number. Sans texts me.

'Unknown: TOP O' TEH MORNIN' TO YA, LADDIES!' I chuckle.

"This is what that green guy said, right?" Sans nods.

"Yeah." A blue bulge is starting to appear in his shorts. "Uh.. I really gotta run. I haven't gotten a heat in over two years, so I'm kinda.. Unexperienced. Seeya sometime." He says, awkwardly looking down.

"Seeya." Sans teleports away. I go back to Dauntless.

A/N: I'd continue the chapter, but I'm currently watching a stream. BlindGaymerGirl's Hunger Gaymes. So.. Seeya! May the odds be evah in your favah. (Catchphrase in Progress)
