K-Pop Imagines Volume 4: GOT7 {Closed for Requests}

Imagine....

You are at the local coffee shop with your mom, waiting for your order while it is being made. 

"Are you excited for tomorrow?" your mom asks, interrupting you right in the middle of replying to a text. 

"Mother, school and exciting do not belong in the same sentence," you reply without looking at her. 

"Oh come on, you'll get to see all your friends again. That'll be nice, won't it?" she protests. You look up at her with raised eyebrows.

"I don't have friends," you say. "I have acquaintinces and people I tolerate. Not friends."

"Aish, where did I get a kid like you?" she says, shaking her head. 

"Uh, from yourself...?" you say, squinting your eyes a little. She just glares at you and you quickly move your eyes back to your phone screen. 

"Excuse me?" a voice from behind you and your mom, causing both of you to turn around. 

"Oh hello," your mom says with a friendly tone. "Is there something I can help you with?"

"Uh yes, my son and I just moved here and I wanted to know where the post office was," the woman explains. 

"If you leave here, it is right across the street and down a few blocks," your mom explains. "Where did you move from?" 

"Thailand." 

"Oh I've always wanted to go there," your mom says in awe. You roll your eyes and facepalm in slight embarrassment. 

"Mom, they just asked for directions, not your life dreams," you say. Her son laughs a little under his breath and your mom glares at you again. You just smile at her and then the two of them thank you before leaving.

THE NEXT DAY AT SCHOOL...

"It sucks that we don't have any classes together," one of your friends says while you put some unneeded stuff in your locker. 

"Yeah, but at least we have lunch together," you say, slamming it shut. 

"Yeah," she says. "Well I guess I'll see you then." 

"Okay, see ya," you reply and then she takes off down the hall. You start walking to your first class, but stop when you recognize the kid from the coffee shop yesterday talking to the principal. Feeling brave, you walk up to him just as he stops talking to him. "Hey, weren't you at the coffee shop yesterday with your mom?" you ask. He looks at you, smiles, and nods. "Oh, well I don't know if you remember me. I was there with my mom and she was acting all embarrassing and stuff."

"No, I remember," he says, shaking his head. "You're really funny." You blush a little and look down. "I'm Bam Bam."

"I'm (your name here)," you reply. 

"So, I don't suppose you it'd be too embarrassing to walk me to my first class?" he asks with a smile. You smile, feeling your cheeks turn even more red. 

"No, I don't think it would," you say. He smiles and nods his head. Then you start walking down the hall with him by your side.
