Name: Rosaline Flores, long lost twin sister of Carmen San Diego.

Age: 20

Codename: Rose Noire (not an acme or Vile agent, only a neutral thief just like Carmen Sandiego)

Personality: intelligent, knowledgeable, mischievous and Peerless. She loves a good challenge when it comes to having a rival, Carmen Sandiego. She despise those who will try to destroy her. 

Looks: reddish-brownish short hair and wears dark red lipstick. Her face is Carmen San Diego lookalike. Due to the serum, her eyes changed to amber-gold eyes.

Clothes: Opposite to Carmen's outfit, except its Black Trench Coat and Wide Brim Hat along with Red jumpsuit underneath which had a shuriken shape buckle. Wears a white mask that is equipped with holomorphic disguise and invisibility. Also, equipped with a U-watch around her left wrist.

Skills:

Due to the serum, It enhances her strength and speed, even advance to intelligent mastermind. When it comes to heist, she's always two steps ahead.

Martial arts - shown to be very agile and a professional skilled fighter, being agile enough to free-run across steep rooftops, perform complex acrobatic maneuvers with considerable ease and defeat many professionals.

Thievery - As a professional thief, She steals items without her opponents knowing or sensing the act. 

Stealth - skillful in stealth, given her ability to sneak into multiple high-security complexes to perform her heists and disappear silently, allowing her to evade capture. She could even hide her presence perfectly.

Driving skills - can operate a wide range of vehicles, including but not limited to cars, motorcycles, and boats.

Multilingualism - Due to her exposure to various cultures, She is able to speak and understand various languages, including Mandarin, Portuguese and Italian. 

Master tactician - strategic planning and mental prowess seem to be her greatest asset. Whether it be her strong skills, her ability to adapt to a situation in a fight, she almost constantly being able to triumph in difficult positions or against foes who are numerically superior. She even sometimes used her professional magic tricks.

Skilled Impressionist -  able to mimic the voices of others or imitate sounds such as animal noises and gunshots. Only she reads information about them before impersonating them.

- Virtual Tracer: has a GPS system that can used to trace down people or objects.

- U shield: generates a force field that can cover the area of an entire room. It also acts as an air supply.

- X-Rod : Shoots energy net, lightning shots, ice blast , Stun taser, EMP and it can shift to Bo staff, capable for melee or ranged fighting.
