"Hey Sin, Jafar! I wanna show you something, follow me!" (Y/N) called to the two boys. Before they could reply she ran off. They caught up to her in time to see her take off her shoes.

"(Y/N), what are you doing?" Jafar asked the smaller girl.

"Just follow me," she told him as she started to climb the ship's mast. Sin got the idea and started climbing two, although the girl stopped when she felt something grab the back of her dress.

"(Y/N) not only could you get hurt, but you are also wearing a dress and Rurumu will give you the chop for being unladylike!" Jafar says sternly.

"I'll be fine, I've been climbing trees and cliffs since I was one!" she tries to assure him. (Y/N) looks down at where he is grabbing her dress and notices he is pushing it in a bit with a small blush. The realization hits her that Jafar isn't grabbing her dress to stop her from climbing but to stop her from flashing the others. She goes bright, but before she can say anything Sin calls out.

"Rurumu, Jafar is peeking under (Y/N) skirt!"

"Rurumu chop!" as Rurumu lecture Jafar Sin tells her to hurry up, remembering she wanted to show them the view, she quickly made her way to the top of the mast. She couldn't help but look down Jafar and smile. 'He needs to stop worrying about me'.

{Time Skip!}

(Y/N) P.O.V:

When we made it to the Reim Empire, everything was fine until we found out we aren't allowed to sell anything unless we join the union. Then someone offered to buy all we had, of course, we agreed, but later we found everything in someone else's store with ten times the prices. Sin told us he'll figure it out, but for now, we should head back to Imuchakk. We had put our faith in Sin and left, but now some of us are regretting it.

"Now Jafar, instead of wasting your energy complaining, why don't you try studying," Rurumu tells Jafar before turning to me.

"And (Y/N), you would have already finished if you learned how to sit still for once," she said, clearly disappointed.

"You both have a lot of unfinished work to do!" She tells us.

"I've had just about enough of this! I never signed up for this torture!" Jafar yelled before trying to jump overboard. I grabbed the back of his shirt to stop him... but he's stronger than me, so I was just pulled overboard with him. Lucky Hinahoho was there to catch us.

"That's enough, let's have a chat," Rurumu commanded. She told us that this was the best way to repay Sin for everything he has done. Jafar seemed touched by her words, but then she collapsed. I ran to her side to help her up.

"There is something I must tell both of you... you see, I'm pregnant!" she told us in a cheerful voice.

"Oh, congratulations Miss Rurumu!" I say, excited for the baby. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Jafar back away a bit.

"We'll call this life studies, now that I think about it, you both are almost teenagers, I'll have to teach you about midwifery and puberty!" she grabs us both and pulls away to our most horrific lesson yet.

{later that night}

Everyone had gone to sleep, but I was still awake. I've always had trouble sleeping, Mum used to say I had too much energy and that's why I could never focus. I look out at the ocean, wondering what happened to everyone.

"Why are you awake?" a voice asks me. I jump a bit and turn around only to see Jafar.

"...I couldn't sleep, you?" I say as I look back at the water.

"Same thing... I've been meaning to ask you, how did you meet Sinbad?" he asks, standing next to me. I turn my head not wanting to answer him.

"Come on, that's not fair!"

"What?"

"Everyone here knows that I was an assassin and what I did in my past but we don't know anything about you, except that you're from the Dartshira Islands!" he tells me with an annoyed look. It's kind of cute, his pouting face, but he has a point. I let out a sigh before facing him.

"Fine, you win. I grew up on the Dartshira islands but when I was seven a ship came with people we had never seen before. At first, they were nice, one of them even taught me a little about medicine, but as time went on they started taking things from the island. First, it was just food and animals, then they started taking the stones we had mined like this one" I showed him my necklace.

"Then by the time I was eight, they started taking the women, including my mum. We were peaceful and didn't know magic, so there wasn't much we could do. They made the rest of us gather resources from the island and now and then they would take some of the stronger men, including my father. Before we knew it we had become slaves. A year went by and I thought it couldn't get worse, but a man came up to me and told me I was old enough, for what I didn't know, but one of my friends, he must have known. He attacked the man and helped me out of there. To get out of there though, we had to kill a few of them."

I stopped for a second thinking about everything that had happened. Jafar didn't say anything, just waited patiently for me to continue.

"We found a small boat but he told me to go and that he had to stay. He gave me a bottle of water and I floated away. There was a storm and Sin found me almost dead on the shore of his village" I keep looking forward, maybe I told him too much, I should have stayed silent.

"I don't know what to say, but as your friend, I won't let that happen to you again!" Jafar declared with a straight face. I couldn't help but laugh, I never tell anyone this much, not even Sin! I must be going crazy.

"Jafar, you're a lot nicer than you think you are, but I don't need your protection. How about this, if one of us ever needs someone to talk to, we'll have each other! Is that okay?" I give him a closed-eyes smile and wait for his reply.

"Yes, you can always talk to me and I, you" we both smile before going to bed.

{Time Skip!}

A few months went by and Rurumu had her baby. Jafar finished his work then helped me with mine before we went up to show Rurumu. She said we did a good job, before passing Kikiriku to Jafar telling us to babysit him. How are we gonna do that when he is almost as big as us!

"(Y/N), h-help!" Jafar begged as he started falling back. I struggled to lift Kikiriku off him but I am now holding the baby and Jafar is getting up off the floor.

"Ow ow ow! Jafar take him! He is pulling on my hair!" I cry as I feel another strong tug on my hair.
