(self explained but I'll explain anyways) User can freeze time for a certain object or person for a required amount of time by focusing whole heartedly on the main inspiration of his act. As in focusing on why he needs to use his quirk and if he's fully focused on that goal.

User can replay a recorded event in their own mind. Scene can not be shared by anyone around you or in a computer to use as evidence.

And more shit a remote control can do- yes. We can change to the drama channel without using the lost remote.
