Mikayla O'Brien is a quiet, bookworm who wants to prove herself. When she's separated from her twin sister during the sorting, she finally begins to grow out of the Shadows, making friends easier than before and a new struck confidence starts to gro...
Mikayla awoke at 7:30 the next morning, due to excitement that would be happening in two hours. She decided to grab a shower before waking up Avery, because she knew her sister is not a morning person. A theory proven by multiple pillow tackles and loud groans. "We'll be leaving in an hour Avery, come on!" Mikayla whispered yelled in her sister's ear. Avery shot up and rushed to the bathroom, clothes and toiletries in hand, while Avery got ready, Mikayla joined Mr and Mrs Weasley in the kitchen. They looked rather happy, "Morning." Mikayla smiles, grabbing a bowl of porridge and a handful of blueberries, before taking a seat at the table. "Morning Mikayla, excited for today?" Arthur questions, Mikayla nods violently, "Very. Thank you Mrs Weasley for volunteering me and Avery." Mrs Weasley chuckles shaking her head, "No problem dear." Avery comes into view, she too grabbing porridge and blueberries.
Mikayla, Avery and Arthur, floo to the Leaky Cauldron. Mr Weasley drop the girls off at Madam Malkin's, to their surprise Katie Bell and Cho Chang were also there, the rest of the girls were clearly much older. "Names?" Madam Malkin asked looking down at her clipboard that held a list, "Mikayla Black." "And Avery O'Brien." Madam Malkin gasped looking up at the girls excitedly. "Perfect! Can I see the song?" She questions, Mikayla nods handing her the sheet music, "This is exactly what I was looking for!" She dragged the girls to the hair station, Avery's hair was done in an up style, Mikayla's hair was straighten framing her face. "Go to wardrobe next." The hairstylist tells the girls, they approach Madam Malkin who had two outfits left. One black sparkly sheer two piece and a multi patterned golden dress, Avery jumped for the golden dress, so Mikayla took the other option. The girls get dressed in the dressing rooms, Mikayla took a look at herself in the mirror, she looked at herself amazed at how great she looked. She found Avery already at the makeup station, Mikayla sat in the seat beside Avery. "Nervous at all sis?" Avery questions Mikayla staring straight forward whilst a witch applied the perfect make up looks. "A little but this is going to be a blast." Mikayla chuckled. "How come you're not wearing your dress?" Mikayla questioned her sister, "It's something I've planned for the music video." Mikayla nodded.
The girls stand where they chose to start off the video. Mikayla is filmed walking into the photoshoot set with a dressing robe hiding her two piece outfit. Mikayla then directs a tracking shot of Avery, walking towards a clothing rack and messing with the clothes on the hanger whilst she sang, then it cuts to Mikayla as Avery continues singing showing Mikayla's outfit with no robe...
They finished shooting the music video, getting on with the actual photo shoot whilst the film makers edit the video. "Mikayla and Avery in the middle, bring in those umbrellas. And pose, 3, 2, 1." Once the photographer reached one, the flash of the camera went off, "Gorgeous, Move to the seat. And recreate the hand arch you did for the music video. The girls got into position, Avery and Mikayla leaning against one another and smoulder at the camera. "Stand in a group, each looking a different way and make sure your dress is seen." Madam Malkin called taking over the photographers job. The girl do as instructed, "Alright Duo shots and then solo shots. Change into your next 4 dress option off the rack near the dressing rooms." Madam Malkin gestured before pulling Avery and Mikayla to the side. "These are your four Avery, and these are your four Mikayla. I want alternating colours, there's a blue, pink, red and green gown each." The girls nodded grabbing the dresses. "I'll go green first, you go red." Mikayla instructs her sister who nods agreeingly. Mikayla looked at the mirror once she was in the gown, she looked like a very different person.
