From Winter To Spring (Trigger X Reader)

For some reason it felt like your heart was beating hundred miles an hour it would not really be unusual considering your situation but the fact that it was happening after the criminal was behind bars was weird. 

You sank down on the floor with a sigh the reason you felt this way was probably due to excessive adrenaline and the fact that the situation had finally sunk in.

 "Are you okay? Mezzo told me that you handled the situation smoothly; Thank you for all your help" Banri said offering you a hand to stand up.

You stood up dusting your skirt "No problem, it was thanks to both of them that everything went well"

 Banri simply smiled and you knew that it wasn't a good sign "I admire your courage but next time please depend on us more. In such situations please call one of us for help. It is dangerous for a girl to be alone so late." Your superior scolded you for your recklessness. 

Finally with Tsumugi's help you were let off as you gathered your belongings and left leaving them to deal with the legal procedures. As you got out you noticed a transparent bag kept beside the room it had a familiar shortcake without strawberries and a water bottle with your boyfriends name in it.

You giggled thinking of him rummaging around his green room to give you something while being short on time. His awkward and thoughtful gestures always warmed your heart. 

"Thank you." you sent him a message before going back to your workplace.
