~Your POV~

"I guess so, I've never been treated like family before so I don't know what it feels like." I mumbled. Lucy turned to me and it looked like she heard what I had said.

"What do you mean?" She asked she really sounded concerned.

"N-nothing, never mind. Right now I need to find a place to stay." I stated, changing the subject.

"Why don't you stay at my place? I have plenty of space, I wouldn't mind." She said, perking up.

"Really? I don't want to invade your space, I'll just stay in a-" I said but Lucy cut me off.

"I'm sure, you won't invade my space. Let's go now so you can unpack." She spoke, pushing me out the doors.

*time skip*

"Wow. Your place is so beautiful Lu-chan." I awed at her large house. We walked into her house and up the stairs to her bedroom.

"Why, thank you (Y/N)-chan." She huffed "It's pretty expensive though."

"Um, Lu-chan?" I said "May I take a bath? I feel hot and sticky from being in the infirmary all day." She nodded, handed me some bath necessities and directed me to her bathroom. After a nice long bath, we both went to bed.

"Good night (Y/n)-chan, see you in the morning, maybe we can go on a mission together." Lucy said.

"Good night Lucy. I'll see you in the morning." I yawned.

*time skip (morning)*

"Morning Lu-chan!" I chirped. "Are you ready to head to the guild?"

"Yea, I guess." she said, putting on her usual blue outfit.

"Let's go then!" I yelled pulling her out the house and bolting towards the guild. When we got there I greeted everyone and headed to the request board. I grabbed a mission that was worth 420,000 jewel and showed it to Lucy and the others.

"Hey guys, we should go on a mission together!" I said looking at all of them. Natsu took the paper and read it aloud.

"420,000 jewel?! I'm all fired up now!" Natsu yelled, pounding the table.

"Aye sir!" Happy chirped

"I'm in." Gray said calmly

"Sure." Wendy and Lucy said in unison

"I don't see why not." Erza said getting up.

We all went home to get a few things we might need to go on the mission. Lucy and I made a random conversation on the way and got packed. Now I guess I'm going on my first mission as a guild member, and not with him, I'm glad.
