"(L/N)-san!!"

You turned to see Hinata race towards you, Kageyama right behind him. Out of reflex, you brought your hands in front of you, and Hinata stopped right in front of you. "Please-!!"

"Ignore him." Kageyama interrupted Hinata, panting from the running.

Kageyama and Hinata were your friends, old friends, due to your parents knowing each other. But they only knew that you knew the other after meeting in high school. They were cute and fun to hang around with.

But a few days earlier, Hinata had started to hang around you, trying to say something but always interrupted by Kageyama. But this time, you really wanted to hear what Hinata had to say. "Kageyama... I wanna hear what he has to say..." You mumbled.

Kageyama mumbled something.

"Hinata... What did you want to say?"

"I-I!! Please!! Please eat lunch with me later!"

Kageyama looked rather shocked, but recovering, he sighed, more in relief then disappointment. You chuckled and replied with an 'of course'. Hinata seemed to sparkled, his face was red... Kageyama pat your head, he didn't look your way, "I'll see you later during lunch."

You nodded and grinned as you watched Hinata and Kageyama walk away, listening to their distant shouting, you could only smile. They were... Shouting weird things.

"Kageyama!! Why didn't you confess?!"

"Idiot! As if it was that easy! Why couldn't you do it anyways?!"

"Sh-shut up!"

And that was all you could hear... Confess... Did Kageyama have someone he liked? Hinata... Too? Your heart hurt. So... They had someone... They liked... No. This wasn't your problem! You had to get back to class immediately!

During lunch, Hinata was unexpectedly quiet, so was Kageyama. They said nothing and had their heads down, looking at their food that they quietly ate.

You started to worry. They were never this quiet...

"Kageyama... Hinata... Are you okay? You guys don't look good... Is it... About that girl you like?"

Kageyama and Hinata stopped eating and froze.

"(L/N)-san... Do you know who it is?"

"Huh?"

"Do you...?"

"N... No."

They both let out a sigh.

"Kageyama and I, we like the same person."

You looked at both of them, "she must be lucky. But she'd have a difficult choice to make." You told them.

The aura around them darkened and you knew it was something you had said. "B-But! She'd still choose!"

They brightened.

The bell rang. And you stood up. "Hinata, Kageyama, good luck to both of you!"

You grinned and waved, planning to head back to class. But Kageyama and Hinata called and stopped you.

"(L/N)-san!"

"(L/N)-chan!"

And both of their voices rang in your ears, "I like you!"
