Cat Flash?

"BABY FLASH!?" A screech interrupted his thoughts, causing a yelp to escape his lips when a bright colorful male jumped him out of nowhere. 
He was thrown on the ground with an oomph, Flash, Captain Cold, and Heatwave laughing in the background. A peal of second laughter filled his ears, which was quite a shock since Trickster hasn't stopped talking since he's tackled Kid Flash.

Glancing out from under the blond male he got a glance of a flute, following the device up an arm and to a face. A very familiar face. 
"Hartley," he breathed with a smile. 
He smiled back before grabbing a hold of the back of Tricksters suit, pulling him off of Kid Flash.
The mild complaining stopped when Hartley told him that others wanted to hug Baby Flash too.

Kid groaned at the nickname but laughed when Hartley pulled him into a tight hug.
"You had us all worried sick Wally," he whispered in his ear.
Wally felt a pang of guilt in his chest, hugging the villain back just as tightly. "I'm sorry."
"Group hug!" sang James, grabbing hold of both males and picking them up and twirling them in a circle. 

They laughed before someone tapped them on the shoulder. Glancing over to see the Flash with a soft smile on his face and Captain Cold and Heatwave a few steps behind him had Kid letting go of his two friends and running to the two senior adults. 
"Don't you ever run off like that again Kid," Cap-Len chastised.
Wally chuckled before lightheartedly saying, "no promises."

Being yanked away from Len he smelled and felt more than saw Heatwave crush him to his chest. 
"We mean it Kid. James wouldn't stop crying for over a month," Mick stated a frown on his face, "and what did you do to your hair!?"
"Hey!" Kid cried out, "I like my new look..."
The rogues chuckled before Mick asked, "Are you really back for good Kid?"
Wally couldn't help the sigh that left his lips, glancing at them with a sad smile, "just visiting for a few days."

"What?" a watery voice interrupted them. Turning around he saw Hartley holding a distraught James to his chest. "You're not staying?"
This caught the attention of most bystanders that have bothered to stay and a news crew who arrived to see if Kid Flash being back was true.
"Can we talk about this in a more private area?" He mumbled to the four villains. 
"Of course. Besides, this is your welcome back party." Captain Cold smiled, aiming his gun at Kid Flash's head, "Say cheese!" before firing.

Laughing together as both Flash and Kid Flash ran back home from visiting the rogues in Prison, they opened the door, still in their suits, to an odd sight. 
There were 4 kids: 2 boys and 2 girls. 
For a second Wally thought he was seeing double, that he hit his head a bit too hard. But when Barry asked the same question he was thinking he knew he wasn't. Because right before their eyes were two girls, twins, bouncing in front of them. 

"Oh my gosh-"

"-you're Kid Flash-"

"-and you're The Flash!"

"That is so cool!"

"Like super cool!"

"HA! Nice pun Em-"

"-Why thank you, Ally."

Wally was so confused by the way they bounced back and forth with their words. It was honestly freaky and oddly reminded him of that dumb wizard movie M'gann and Artemis forced him and the team to watch. 

He goes to open his mouth when what looked to be the eldest boy came over carrying the youngest boy.
"Can you take off your mask?" he had a picture held up beside Wally's face but tilted enough that he couldn't see what it was. "Nevermind, your Wally Kyle? The hair gave it away."
Wally was so shocked by the kids knowing him or of him. The only people who knew him by that name was everyone back in Gotham.

Then it hit him, "you're Alex's siblings."
The eldest smiled, "ding ding ding. I'm Mike, this right here in my arms is Jake, and the annoying brats are Alice and Emily."
"Okay? Why are you all here? How did you get here? How old are you?!"
Before Mike could answer Alice and Emily took over. 

"We are here because everyone seems so sad with you being gone."

"So we came to bring you back!"

"Jaxon helped us get here-"

"-apparently he knows people."

"Mikes 12-"

"-Jake's 2-"

"-and we're 7!" They finished together.

"Woah!" exclaimed Barry, "where are you guys from?"
"Don-"
"-Gotham." the twins answered.
"Gotham?!" Iris exclaimed, "that's awhile away."
Mike shrugged, "not really, but seriously though, we came to bring Wally home. It was Ally and Em's idea to come here. I would've stayed home, but no, they started bawling their precious eyes out." 

Wally couldn't help but snort at the very Alex like eye roll the kid sported. "Well, I planned on going home tomorrow... This wasn't a permanent thing."
"Oohh," exclaimed Ally and Em.
"Great!" Mike exclaimed sarcastically, "this was all for nothing then!" 
The loud noise scared Jake, causing him to let out a loud wail.

The twins rush over to them patting his head and rubbing his back, while Mike bounced him on his hip, trying and failing to calm him down.
"Can someone make him a bottle.. like now!"
Alice ran over to the back while Em asked Iris where the drinks were. Iris led them both to the kitchen quickly. 

The wails got louder until enough was enough for Wally. Yanking his cowl off with a sigh, he moved over to the 2 boys before gently prying the toddler away from the preteen. Mike not complaining in the slightest at Wally taking Jake.
Jake slowly calmed down, but a few whimpers left his lips every few seconds. That was when Barry noticed Wally was vibrating at a soft frequency, practically lulling the kid to sleep. 

"Here you go," a whispered voice broke him out of his thoughts, watching Ally? Em? One of the twins hand Wally a cup of juice. 
"Thank you," he whispered before handing the child the drink, which he took greedily in his half-awake state. 

"Maybe we should all go to bed?" suggested Iris quietly.
"I'll take the girls to my room while Wally takes the boys to his room," Selina inquired, giving Wally a soft smile which he returned with a lopsided grin. 
"Ok, come on Mike," Wally said before going up the stairs. 
"Finally, some peace and quiet," praised Mike from behind him.
