APPEARANCE~ Ella has long, dark brown hair. Her skin has a tan, since her dad is arab. She is on the relatively short side. Her hair, curly and wild, is usually held back in a high ponytail or just down. She's got bright, brown eyes and has dimples.
STYLE OF CLOTHING~ She usually wears brighter colors, just because it makes her feel happier. When she's out, she wears jean shorts and a yellow crop top. Her shoes are scuffed up white sneakers.

PERSONALITY~ She's got a fiery temper, I'll give her that, but she's mostly just friendly to others. One thing about her is that she just CAN'T shut up, and isn't the brightest in the bunch. Like on tests/quizzes, she relies on cheating or having friends that help her. She's kind of a goofball, and she naturally attracts others, but when someone even gives her or her friends the slightest of a snarky remark, she'll lash out at them and mess with them with her offensive quirk. She can be quite mischievous, and she's the type of girl to pick "Dare" in Truth or Dare. She's pretty outspoken and loud and likes the attention, but she can buckle down and get serious when hero work comes into play.

BACKSTORY~ She grew up in rural Japan with her mother, father, and grandma. She discovered her quirk when she had gone out one day with her pet dog in the fields. However, when out there, a massive storm had begun to start. Ella was whipped every which way in the dark storm raging around them. During the process, her dog had gotten lost in the weather. His howls echoing around her. In all the worry and stress and just fear in the storm, she felt herself unleash a power as her eyes turned white, the weather had suddenly ceased around her. She had managed to control the turbulent storm around her. She quickly found her scared puppy and she ran home, a trail of sunshine pouring behind her path as the weather cleared up behind her.

FAMILY~ She's an only child of her mother (Asami Nishioka) and her father (Nabil Massoud). Her grandmother (Chinami Nishioka) helped train her with her mother.
FRIENDS~ The girls of 1-A. Also, Kirishima and Kaminari, just because they're both goofballs like her.
ROMANTIC INTEREST~ Bakugo. At first, he seemed like a real príck to everyone, héll, he still is. And she was /very/ annoyed by him, her whole personality got him riled up and she was the only person in class who would speak back to him aggressively. It was like a duel of champions, everyone in the class was scared of the two hotheads that argued constantly. For some /weird/ reason, her hormones got in the way and there was some hot tension she felt with him. Either way, it made her start getting nervous around him and blushing. The girls in her class quickly called her out for having a crush but she would /not/ accept it. She still doesn't.
PETS~ She has her puppy at home, Bolt.

QUIRK~ Weather Manipulation
DESCRIPTION~ The ability to control or mentally affect the weather. With this, she can learn how to fly (though she can levitate currently, she will strengthen this technique with time). This includes the ability to generate various natural phenomena or control the intensity of the weather. The user can control any type of weather (rain, tornadoes, sandstorms, etc. It has to be in correlation with the wind and water in the sky) EXCEPT giant storms like hurricanes, typhoons, and tsunamis. No MAJOR natural disasters. The largest storm they can control and make are tornadoes or sandstorms. And Ella hasn't mastered either of those two yet.  The user can do things like control where lightning strikes, create thunderstorms, control currents (gentle ones), and make tornadoes (doesn't know how to do mostly any of these just yet.) The radius that this works is within 5 miles.
IF MASTERED~ The user can create things like hurricanes, typhoons, and tsunamis. They can also control the weather in a larger radius.
DRAWBACKS~ Includes migraines, bad moods, fatigue, and passing out. Any time she creates a large-ish storm, currently, she will pass out and will be out of action.
