The purpose of Self-Awareness and expanding consciousness* is that it allows us to dive deep and explore our state of mind, lifestyle and environment.
Taking a closer look and shifting your mind out of old programs* will give you insight to better understand and accept transformation*. Creating peace of mind will help you be present during tranquil times. Awareness will be the catalyst for peace because we shift toward that feeling our soul is most comfortable in. True comfortability. Fulfillment.
(Ex: When we are conscious, we notice how the wind feels against our skin. In present awareness, we taste all of the spices in the food we eat, and so on. You see the way life unfolds beautifully when you become aware.)
Awareness will also help ground yourself in hard times. As beautiful as life is, we are often troubled in our minds. If your thoughts are constantly filled with turmoil, unhappiness, and negativity this is an indication of deeper pain. Trauma* can show up in the form of your emotional, mental or physical state of being.
We are in a time where we, as a collective, are starting to shift the way we perceive and love ourselves.
Dive deep and be open to the possibility that the situations you are placed in, are for your personal and spiritual growth.
If you crave love outside of yourself, you are being urged to discover it in yourself. Your heart craves what your mind does not think it already has within, that is why we search outwardly.
YOU set the foundation for how people should love and treat YOU.
Create a strong foundation of love for yourself by establishing a closer connection with who you would like to be. You manifest self-love into your reality by embodying the divine connection you have within and expressing the uniqueness you find in there. Get into the mindset of discovering a deeper understanding of yourself. When in search of lifestyle changes and habits in your life. Incorporate research to ENHANCE growth.
What daily activities can you implement that will reconnect you with your talent?
This is an essential factor in discovering your relationship with the things you love.
Questions to think about/Journal
Use 3 words that best describe yourself.
What inspires you?
What are 2 short-term goals you have?
What are 2 long-term goals you have?
What's important to you?
What do you need to let go of?
Are you ignoring your own need for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual transformation?
How do you love and care for yourself?
Where would you like to change? What that road will entail to get there?
What roadblocks, if any, are between you and your goals?
*Transformation: The process of 'change'. During Transformation, we shed our old skin by confronting what's holding us back.
*Consciousness: The state of being aware.
*Programs: When I mention programs, I am talking about the TV you watch, the music you listen to, etc. Whether we admit it or not, these have stored certain thought processes and reactions in our subconscious that affect the way we think or act on a daily basis.
*Trauma: Spiritually the energy, pain, or grief from traumatic experiences are stored in our energy field. Traumatic events that happen or may have happened to you can cause blockages if not handled with care. (Which is why awareness is essential.)
