"Eh.. Moderate." He shrugs.

"Well, it's not worse than what I usually wear, I guess." I mutter, smiling. "C'mon, let's go to Grillby's."

"Want me to take ya?" Sans offers his arm to me, smiling slightly.

"You.. Do realize I have my own powers, right?" I deadpan.

"Eh." He shrugs, shoving his hand back into his pocket. "'S polite to ask, right?"

"Wow, what a gentleman." I jokingly say, grinning. "Race you!" I quickly spit out, teleporting to Grillby's as quickly as possible. A moment later, he shows up beside me.

"That's unfair." He points out.

"Yeah, yeah.. Still beat you!" I say back, smiling.

"Welcome, lovebirds." Grillby teases. "May I get you anything?"

"Wh-" Sans starts.

"Before you say anything, about you two disappearing last night- You do realize how suspicious that looked, right?" Grillby fights a smile, trying to keep his expression serious. "Half the Underground is convinced that you two hooked up." Sans turns blue, and I follow suit.

"Fuck.." He mutters, frowning.

"Yep." Grillby confirms, smirking.

I sigh, biting my lip. "So.. What do we do about this?" I ask Sans.

"Not much we can do." His eye socket twitches, irritated.

"What would you two like?" Grillby interrupts, his smile returning to normal.

"What do ya have for breakfast?" Sans sighs, his tone still partially annoyed.

"Um.." Grillby pauses, eyeing Sans. "You do realize that we don't do breakfast, right? I literally only serve burgers, fries, and alcohol."

"Mmph." Sans grunts, yawning. "And coffee- So just, like, get me a.. Whatever people usually get, I don't really drink coffee."

"I wouldn't." I interrupt, smirking slightly. "It doesn't taste very good."

"Eh. Well then, Grillbz, I'll have some fries for breakfast- I'm a skeleton, don't hafta worry 'bout my health too much. Ectoplasm isn't too visible." He struggles, sarcastically grinning.

"I'll do the same." I shrug, sitting down in a booth. Sans joins me, grinning slightly. "Mm?" I question.

"Ah, just, y'know.." He smiles at me. "Still in awe from all that's went down."

"Me, too." I respond, my voice pleasantly quiet. He gently nudges my hand, taking it in his. Grillby strides over to us, smiling.

"Here's your.. Breakfast." He teasingly words, grinning. "She's good for you." Grillby points out, smiling at Sans. "I'm glad you've found someone."

"Yeah." He replies, squeezing my hand. "I am." I smile back, blissfully happy. Sans turns to me. "Where do you want to go? For the date, I mean?"

"I would be happy to host it here!" Grillby hurriedly offers.

"That good?" Sans asks me, leaning back in his seat.

"Yeah." I nod, a slight smile still on my face. Grillby puts the fries in front of us.

"Ketchup?" Sans half demands, taking his hand out of mine.

"Let me go get some." The bartender goes through the fire exit. I turn to Sans.

"So I guess you could say that right now, you're sans ketchup?" I joke, grinning.

"What did one ocean say to the other?" Sans asks, grinning. "Nothing; He just waved."
