Within the game

"It's fuckin freezing" I shout rubbing my arms as I began to shake quite a bit from the chilly air. "I'm heading out..." Flowey states untangling from my arm and plopping into the soil before leaving me on my own. "You fucking traitor!!!!" I shout in anger before stomping off into the cold snowy path laying before. The eerie quiet of the scene starting to really freak me out. "Okay.... talking to myself will help right? Right? Maybe some shitty jokes? Like what you call a fish with no eye? A fsh" I nervously chuckled as I looked around.

It felt like eyes were on me as I began walking faster, looking down at the ground as I saw a giant branch in the path. "Oh god.... I'm getting first play through flashbacks" I mutter as I gently climbed over the fallen thing, carefully avoiding to not to get cut by the smaller branches. "This thing looks like a fucking twig in the game why must things always be deceiving" I grumble, beginning to walk away from the fallen thing before hearing a loud crunch behind me. I looked around to see nothing, jack shit, that was until I looked down. The remnants of the path blocker scattered all over the path.

I swear color drained from my face as I proceed to nope the fuck outta there, the noises, the footsteps, the chuckling. It was freaking me the fuck out. "I am not dying like the generic idiots in horror films!" I shout before running to the weakly built bridge brigade before a sudden force stopped me. "Damn you plot..." I grumbled as I heard slow footsteps walking towards me in the snow. My nerves running wild, I knew who it was but why was the feeling of danger running through me?

"Human.... don't you know how to great a new pal? Turn around, and shake my hand" the gruff voice spoke as I timidly turn around and grab his hand. A loud fart like noise breaking the tension as I snort slightly. "Hey kid...finally get to meet you in person" Sans said smiling at me, our height being almost the same give or take a few inches. "I got a name Sans, and before you say it I'll have you know I self identify myself as Indie because I hate hearing nothing coming out of peoples mouths" I say slightly shaking from the cold.

"You ok? Or are you chilled to the bone?" Sans smirked and I chuckled at the shitty pun. "It's cold man, I'm no skeleton the wind doesn't blow right through me" I joke back causing him to laugh. "Oh man that was a real rib tickler" He laughed before putting his hands into his pockets. "But seriously it's really good to meet you in person after seeing you through a screen so many times... but uh you know the drill go through the bars and hide behind that conveniently shaped lamp" Sans said to me as I Shakily walked through the gate and quickly hid behind the lamp.

I still had questioned why Papyrus couldn't see me as I mean the thing wasn't that big and I was even crouching to stay hidden. I tried not to shake so much as I can see a bit ahead of me, Papyrus making his way to the scene stomping his red boots through the snow. God was he tall then again I'm fucking short, stupid genetics always ruining shit for everyone. Anyways where was my brain going with this shit? Right me trying not to give myself away and yell 'why are you so fucking tall'.

I honestly don't know how he didn't see me, the tall lanky skeleton was tall enough that he could easily look over the damn lamp at me. I watched as Paps and Sans did their same song and dance I've always scene amused by it all. Trying hard not to laugh at the bad jokes and just in general at how silly Papyrus could get. "NYEH HEH HEH HEH!" I heard Paps shout as he ran off to fix his puzzles for the "human" that was well me.

"Alright kid he's gone you can come out now" Sans spoke up as I get up and hug myself to try and fight back the cold. "Thanks Sans... I'll see you up ahead?" I asked as he chuckled and nods giving me a wink "you bet, and don't worry I'll keep an eye socket out for ya". I laugh a bit and followed the snow boot prints left behind by Papyrus, a new found excitement filling me to continue this adventure more.
