Chapter twenty seven: meet the Bakugo's

"Don't cry..." you whispered.

"I'M NOT CRYING YOU DAMN NERD!" He yelled and quickly jerked himself away from you, spinning around and wiping his face furiously with his forearm.

The small tears in the corners of his eyes were the least of Katsuki's problems. What he was so violently scrubbing at was the deep shades of red that had invaded his cheeks.

You watched him scrubbing away at his face and noticing his two bare wrists. You looked down to see your own wrists were missing something. "Oh." You realised.

"What?" Katsuki asked cautiously as he continued to rub his face.

"We both must've lost our bracelets when we were kidnapped." You sounded sadder than you had Intended to.

"Oh well. Just get Momo to make some more then." He replied softly.

"Katsuki! Get down here and bring that nice girl with you!" His mother yelled from downstairs. He looked over his shoulder to see you looking around his room. He smirked to himself before grabbing you by the wrist and pulling you through the door with him.

He marched downstairs still holding you by the wrist and guided you to what appeared to be the kitchen. Katsuki whipped his hand from around your wrist when he saw his mother wiggling her eyebrows at him. You noticed that Aizawa and All Might had already gone.

"Sorry dear I didn't get a chance to say hello to you before. You're the girl who came third in the sports festival right? You're names L/n isn't it?" She smiled at you happily.

"Yep that's me. But please call me y/n. It's nice to meet you Mrs Bakugo!" You extended your good arm to shake her hand.

"Oh please, call me Mitsuki!" She took your hand and pulled you into a tight hug. "Katsuki's never bought a girl around before! It will be great to finally have another female around!" She laughed as she squeezed you tight.

"Alright you old hag, that's enough. You're crushing the idiot!" Katsuki shouted and pulled you back to his side by your shirt. "What do you want anyway." He grumbled.

"Oh well I want to let you know that I've agreed for you to stay in the dorms." She replied whilst preparing some vegetables on the countertop. "And I'd also like to invite y/n to stay for dinner. She's already here so I thought she might want to eat with us?"

Mitsuki turned to look at you with a constant smile on her face. You panicked slightly and looked up at Katsuki who was staring at you from the corner of his eye. "Um...I'd hate to over stay my welcome..." you laughed nervously, waving your good hand in front of your face.

"Don't be stupid, it's fine. The hag wants you to stay so gladly make more work for her." Katsuki grumbled as he turned to leave the kitchen.

"Well then let me help you!" You cheered as you walked towards Mitsuki and the vegetables she was cutting. Katsuki leaned backwards and grabbed the collar of your shirt before pulling you out with him. "No way. Your arm's in a sling, you'll take too long if you do it and I'm starving so no."

You slapped his hand away from your shirt and fell into step next to him as he made his way down the corridor. "Aww are you worried about me? I knew you really wanted to be my friend!"

"Something like that." He sighed and rolled his eyes in defeat.

"Not even gonna retaliate? You must be tired. You sure I can stay?" You tugged at his T-shirt sleeve.

Katsuki leaned his head back and looked down at you. "I really don't mind y'know. Quit worrying." He turned in front of you to walk through another doorway. You weren't paying attention at all and it caused you to headbutt the doorframe that he was walking through.
