You had woken up early to pack for your new dorm life. Your father had taken the morning away from his heroic duties to drive you to your new home. Two suitcases stuffed full to the brim were hoisted into the boot of your family car. Otis bounded around the driveway with his lead between his teeth.
By the time you had caught the husky, your dad was honking the horn for you to get into your car seat. You took a look back at your house. You would be able to visit every weekend but it would be odd to stay away for a whole week at a time.
Your dad was gripping the wheel tightly as you ushered Otis into the back of the car and took your seat next to your dad at the front. He was sniffling back his overly protective tears as he drove you to school.
"C'mon dad don't cry, this is super embarrassing..." you slid down into your chair as students around the school gave you odd looks while your dad openly cried his eyes out while pulling up outside of UA. You pulled your hood up and tried to shield your face when there was a knock at the window.
You sheepishly lifted the edge of your hood to see Katsuki's grumpy sneer through the glass. You sighed and patted your dad on the shoulder as he tried to hold back his tears again. Katsuki stepped backwards and shoved his hands into his pockets while you climbed out of your seat, trying not to trip over as Otis leaped over your seat and barged past you towards Katsuki.
Your dad blew his nose and stumbled out of his seat, still sobbing as he dragged your suitcases from the back seat.
"Jesus...how much stuff did you bring?" Katsuki mumbled wile scrunching up his nose and squinting at your dad wheeling out your luggage.
"Enough. Where's your stuff?" You laughed awkwardly, burying yourself further into the hood of your jumper as your dad clung to you with tearful sobs.
"All my stuffs already in my room. C'mon nerd, Aizawa's waiting for everyone in front of the dorms.
Even more people stared at you as your dad cried out louder at the mention of you leaving. "Dad, please I gotta go. And stop with the water works! I'll be back on Saturday I promise!" You sighed and pushed the man back away from you gently. Otis barked a goodbye from Katsuki's side as the boy kept one hand ruffling the husky's fur.
"Ok. Ok...I'm sorry I'm just going to miss youuuuuuuu!!" Your dad moaned again.
"And you..." his sad expression hardened to a harsh glare as his gaze shifted from you to the grumpy boy waiting for you. His cold star caused Katsuki to shift his weight and straighten his back. "If I catch any whiff from y/n that you're stepping out of line I'll rip that stupid hair from your head and force you to eat it." He growled.
Katsuki scoffed and whipped his head to the side, slumping his shoulders and mumbling angrily to himself. You roughly punched your dad I the side and ushered him back to the car. "I mean it boy! No funny business or I'll kill you! Touch her and you die!"
"DAD GO HOME NOW! YOU'RE EMBARRASSING ME!" you shouted as you continued to shove the man away from the school gates.
"Boys your age have filthy minds! Keep your grubby fingers off her!" He shouted, finally slamming the car door and beginning to drive away.
Katsuki's face was bright red from either rage or embarrassment as your dad drove away. You dragged your hands down your face and began to heave your suitcases past the stunned boy. "Don't worry Katsuki, I won't let him kill you." You laughed as he snapped out of his embarrassed daze and glared daggers at you. He snatched both of your suitcases from your hands as he stormed off with Otis padding along behind him.
"HE COULDN'T KILL ME EVEN IF HE TRIED! AND LIKE HELL I'D DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT WITH YOU!" He screamed as he paraded his temper tantrum towards the new dorms. You jogged after him laughing at him openly.
