As Dad and Brody was finding the drugs, another dead body washed up on shore with a shark bite on his shoulder.

We were now gathering outside the room while Brody and Dad was inside taking with Captain Thorpe.

Then Dad walked out and told us about him getting fired from his job.

Brody and Captain Thorpe walked out and did a handshake, making me look at Brody like he's crazy.

"Turn in your trunks, Mitch." Captain Thorpe said as Dad just moved his head, making him gasp.

"I'm going to go." He said before leaving.

I then gave Brody the look.

"What, you think that I wanted this?"

"It kind of looks like you did." Ronnie said.

"What?"

"If anyone should get the job it should be Stephanie." Summer said, with her arms crossed.

"No shit. I couldn't agree more. What would you have done?" He asks Stephanie.

"I wouldn't have taken the job, even if they'd offered it to me." Stephanie said, with a small smile.

"It was not an offer, it was a trap."

"Guys, guys, come on. Please. All right? I need you to work together to help Bieber here figure out why there's a dead body on our beach. And how Leeds is bringing in drugs to the Bay. Good luck." Dad said as he leaves.

TIME SKIP

Dad found a job at Sprint and I felt really bad about him.

I was walking on the beach and saw Brody at the lifeguard tower so I decided to say hi.

"What up, Brody? You okay?" I ask, taking a seat next to him.

"Yeah. I just don't know what to do." He sighs before looking out to the beach.

I look out as well and see a particular man with a cooler walking to a group of ladies, chilling when all of a sudden, he puts the coooler down for a quick second before picking it back up only to see that one of their belongings were missing.

"Brody. Did you see that?" I ask as he nodded and took binoculars just to make sure he wasn't thinking it.

"Do you know this means?" I ask, him as he looks at me before mumbling.

"Sand grifters. Let's go, Y/n." He said as he ran out of the tower with me following and we both ran after the guy.

Brody knocked down the guy, making the cooler fall out of his hands.

"Get the fuck out of here! This is my beach!" Brody yelled to the guy as I went to pick up the cooler.

"Brody. Come look at this." I called him and showed him the nook and cranny.

He picked it up and started to walk towards the tower with me behind him as we see CJ and Stephanie.

"You guys want to help Y/n and I figure out whose stuff this is? Yo, this cooler is... cool." Brody said as they both started to help us.

TIME SKIP

Brody and I decided to grab the files from the police station so Brody and I went to the police station with the cooler in Brody's hand.

"Yo, Ellerbee." I called out as we entered his office.

"How you doing?"

"Oh, Lieutenant Brody! Y/n! What you got in the cooler?" He asks us, looking at the cooler.
