I cried in Tko's arms as he ran his fingers through my hair, giving me a feeling of relaxation a bit.

"I'm very sorry, Y/n.... but there's nothing we can do..", Tko said in a low voice.

I pulled away from the hug and wiped my tears away, I stood up, and I stared at my mom for a very long moment.

Tko doesn't say anything and remains silent, giving me the time that I need.

I looked down with sadness and disappointment, then I looked at her drawer.

Could it be there?

I went to the drawer, I opened it and started looking between my mom's stuff.

"What are you doing?", Tko asked with a confused expression.

I luckily found my mom's old necklace, I grabbed in my hands and close to my heart as I looked at my mom..

I can't stay here any longer.. seeing my mom like this after all this time is just so painful for me..

I went to the door, Tko grabbed my hand, he opened the door for me, only to see Jennifer on the floor, she looked at me with surprise as she's still crying.

"Y-Y/n...! D-Don't leave me.... come with me.., p-please", Jennifer begged as she stuttered.

I never saw Jennifer crying like this before, if it wasn't for my satiation I'd feel bad for her..

I stared at her deadly, and I started walking away with Tko.

"T-There was an accident!", Jennifer said, and that made me stop.

"Your father.... my brother brought you here... he made me promise to take care of you and never let your mom see you until your surgery is done...", Jennifer said in a low voice, but enough for me to hear.

My eyes widened with shock as I turned around and looked at her.

"He was on his way back home..... he was driving as he a-argued with your mom on the p-phone.... he lost control and crashed into another car.... it was a t-terrible accident...", she said as tears rolled around her cheeks.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing as I let go of Tko's hand, and tears started coming out of my eyes again.

"The other driver.....was your mom, Y/n", Jennifer said as she looked at me in the eyes.

What....

"We managed to save your mom on time, but your dad.... was already dead..".

My dad........is dead...??

Tko pulled me in his arms, but I was too shocked to do anything, this is just a lot...

"Your mom is in a coma... she's on l-life support.. there's a low chance that she will ever wake up..", Jennifer continued as she looked down at the ground. "I'm v-very very...sorry Y/n... please don't hate me... you're the only family I have..".

She knew all this all this time?? And never told me about it?! And she suddenly became my freaking aunt?!

"You knew all of this and never told her??", Tko said, making me look at him with a bit of surprise.

"I was trying to protect her! I didn't want her to know the horrible truth!", Jennifer said as she cried hardly.

"You treated her badly, and you're suppose to be her aunt! Do you think Y/n will simply forgive you?!", Tko said, and I grabbed his shirt tightly from behind.

"I know and I am really sorry! I really freaking am...", Jennifer said as she kept her head down.

Tko looked at me, and I turned my head looking away from Jennifer.

"C'mon, let's go", Tko calmly said, and we headed to the elevator, leaving Jennifer behind.

~ Few Days Later ~
( Tko's Pov )

"Do you think this cake will cheer her up?", Ko asked as he, Dendy and I got inside the elevator.

Ko had been discharged few days ago, and today we're visiting Y/n. Y/n had been so sad and depressed, she doesn't move from her bed and stopped eating. They tried to feed her, but she keeps refusing, leaving them no other choice but to use nutrition on her.

"A cake won't make her suddenly feel happy, Ko. A lot had happened to her lately, she's still in shock. We just need to be patients and be there for her", I said as I looked down at the cake in my hands.

"That is correct, seeing how sad she is, a simple cake would not make her feel slightly better", Dendy agreed with me.

"It's just... so sad what happened to her, it was supposed to be the best day with her finally getting out and your first date.... but thing suddenly went wrong", Ko said, and I don't say anything, neither does Dendy.

When we're out of the elevator, the first thing we see is the nurse Jennifer.

I hadn't seen her in few days, it's good for Y/n, I don't think she'd like it if she saw her, but now..

Jennifer and I looked at each other in the eyes, but I turned my head away and headed to Y/n's room with Ko and Dendy.

When we're there, I opened the door, and Y/n is laying on her bed with the lights off as usual.

I turned the lights on and got in. "Hey, sunshine..", I said with cheerful voice, and it's so weird as I am actually having a weird smile on my face.

"Hello, Y/n", Dendy said as she held the door open for Ko.

"Hi, Y/n! We brought you a cake!", Ko said as he got in as well.

Y/n looked at us shortly before covering herself with the bed sheets.

I let out a deep sigh, I put the cake on the table and got on her bed, I then pulled the sheets away from her. "C'mon, you can't just be like this forever!"

Y/n looked at with annoyance as she sat up and crossed her arms.

"Aw don't give me that look", I said, and she looked away.

There was an awkward silence for a moment where Ko, Dendy and I just stare at each other..
