It saddens me to know my last update for this story over an author's note got not even less than a half views compared to actual chapters. It's as if some of you knew it wasn't just a regular chapter because of the numbering.

I'm a little disappointed in you all.

But I'm also thankful to those who have read through it and have expressed tremendous gratefulness for what I needed to say. I know I have some African American readers and I wanted you all to know that no matter your gender, your sexuality, your skin color, your cultural heritage, your weight, your insecurities, and no matter who you are,

I love you and care for you and will always be here for you. 抖阴社区 is my platform to share my thoughts and feelings and I know that I can't just not talk about such a serious topic right now. You deserve to be treated as equally as anyone else should.

I know that there are so many kpop related things coming up that are thrilling, and as much as it matters for us to know Twice's comeback is soon, Irene and Seulgi have a subunit, and Blackpink is having a comeback, we need to be respectful and have a heart to understand that the world is also in a position of distress and you should never be tossing politics aside just because it's complicated.

Kpop isn't the only thing that should matter to you and I hope you see that.

"So you're literally only a couple months younger than me?!" Shuhua said amazed. Y/N chuckles and nods her head for the hundredth time.

It's been about two hours since she's arrived at Soojin and her group members' dorm and her and all six girls have been getting along just fine. When everyone said the foreign line was louder than the korean line, they meant it.

"Yugi-ah!" Minne shouts with a wide smile. "Let's go!" The two began dancing like crazy to the song that pops off in the chorus.

Y/N watched the two in a jokingly-judgmental way. "See what I have to deal with?" Shuhua says shaking her head with a sigh escaping her lips. She crossed her arms with a pout.

"You're just like them, too, don't lie." Miyeon scoffs saying.

Y/N felt like she was watching a movie. These girls were literally like characters from a cartoon, something like Tom and Jerry, or the Looney Tunes Show. All she could say was that these girls were never boring or quiet. They always found a way to have fun and be cheerful and loud. She loved their energy.

"Having fun?" Y/N turned her head to see Soojin come before sitting her way besides her. "I know they're quite loud, but I promise you'll probably get use to it."

"I honestly don't know how you do it." Y/N replied with a laugh. "I'd be dead after just a whole day with them. I genuinely applaud you for always dealing with this 24/7."

"Thank you." Soojin says with a jokingly sigh. "I'm a mother of five children I swear." This made Y/N laugh. Seeing that smile on the girls lips couldn't stop Soojin from smiling as well. She grew so comfortable with the girl with just getting to know her the past couple of hours.

"Ask Y/N-Ah!" Yugi says to Minnie with a big pout on her lips.

"Okay fine! Y/N!" Minna shouts before looking at the rookie idol.

"A-Ah, yes?" Y/N stutters at the sudden shout.

"Who's a better dancer?! Me or Yugi?!"

"I-..." Y/N laughed at the two for being so competitive. "Soojin unnie." She replies. The two gasp as Soojin laughs.

"We know that! But who's better between both of us!" Yugi whines.

"Neither." Y/N replied. The two gasp once more. Minnie falls to her knees, faking a tear falling down her cheek.

"I'm hurt. I'm damaged." She cries out.

"Such a cruel cruel world." Yugi says as she holds her chest in pain. Y/N rolled her eyes from their dramatic statements. Shuhua goes to sit right next to the girl, staring at her unnie's in weirdness.

"The fuck." Shuhua says. "Crackheads."

"You're one, too." Y/N said with a laugh.

"Yes but those two together is..." Shuhua sighs and shakes her head, raising her and hand up to cover her face. "I can't even explain it."

Soojin rolls her eyes, use to all these girls being so extra. "Y/N-ah." Hearing her name, the girl looks to Soojin. "Since you're here, wanna go out to get you a new hoodie?"

"Ah yeah, sure." Y/N says. She didn't have anything scheduled today so there was nothing wrong in going out.

"Can we come?!" Miyeon asks, including herself into the conversation using her puppy eyes and cute smile as she stares down at Y/N with lights basically radiating from behind her.

"Me too!" Yugi says as she goes to stand besides her.

"Don't forget me!" Minnie shouts.

"I need to make sure they don't bother you so I need to come, too!" Shuhua says, acting like an overprotective friend.

"And I need to come, too, because I know they won't calm down at all and I need to also keep an eye on them." Soyeon says, standing a couple feet away with her arms crossed over her chest.

"Ahhhh!" Soojin shines from her seat, leaning back as she cries out loud. "Waeeeooo! I only asked Y/N not all of you!"

Y/N smiled at the girl. "It's okay I don't mind" she says. Soojin pouts at the girl.

"B-but."

"Okay girls go get ready then!" Soyeon shouts. Yugi, Minnie, Shuhua, and Miyeon run off happily to their rooms to change. Soyeon left soon after.

"Okay let me go change, too, I guess." Soojin says with a heavy sigh before getting up and headed to her room.

Y/N couldn't help but sigh in her between her giggles over the girl group. "They're definitely something." She says to herself.
