"so how did your date with billie go?" matthew asked as we walked to first block.
i smiled as i thought back to saturday. "it was amazing." i said, then proceeded to tell him everything that happened that night.
"and then she kissed me!" i recalled. "dude, swear to god, that was the best kiss i've ever head. deadass."
"that good?"
"that good."
i sat down in my usual seat in first block, placing my book bag beside it. i sighed as i said "i tried texting her yesterday, though, and she hasn't replied. maybe she was busy, i don't know. hopefully i can ask her about at lunch."
he shrugged. "i don't know, maybe she was."
"alright class, let's get busy."

billie isn't in third block.
third block was almost over and she hasn't came in yet. the thought that she's sick, which is completely possible, crossed my mind which is why i texted her a quick "you alright?"
i sighed as i crossed my arms over my desk then laid my head in them as i waited for the bell to ring. it did a few minutes later and i bid farewell to matthew as i made my way to fourth block.

school was now well over and billie still hasn't texted back. i sighed as i laid in bed, looking up at the ceiling.
i want a tattoo.

i pulled my phone out, going to my contacts and clicking one. i brought it to my ear as it rang.
"jj? you finally decided to come back, huh?" she answered, her voice smooth and low.
"no, i'm just calling to claim the favor you owe me."
"right. well what will it be?"
"i want a tattoo. is your parlor open right now?" i asked.
"no, but i guess i can open it for you."
"good, i'll be over in forty." i said, ending the cal without giving her a chance to say anything else.
i grabbed my keys and novo and headed to my car. i pushed the start button and backed out of my driveway. i then picked up my novo and took a long hit.
