After Jungkook's sudden departure from Ji-ae's house, she has been waiting everyday for him to at least contact her in some way. On the day he left, he only left one single text for her.

' I'm sorry to leave you like this but I'll be back soon I promise. Till then wait for me'

The sudden death of his father was all over the news and so was Jungkook's face. The face she fell in love with was everywhere, on billboards, TV, magazines and of course social media. She has been seeing so many posts and edits about Jungkook and how handsome he was. She was not going to lie, but she did feel jealous of the fact that within no time there were so many fangirls of Jungkook who were simping over him real bad.

Ji-ae sighed as she threw her phone on the sofa. She was growing more and more frustrated as days passed. Sana and Mina who were sitting with her saw Ji-ae as they passed a concerned look to eachother.

- Ji, you do know that he is busy because he is the one who's the CEO right?

Sana carefully told Ji-ae as she nodded her head.

- I do understand it, but can't he at least text me? What is wrong with just one text per day?

Ji-ae whined as Mina chuckled as the other two friends looked at her strangely for laughing in a situation like this.

- Why are you laughing?

Ji-ae asked as Mina covered her mouth with her hand as she shook her head.

- No, it's just that I remembered how three months ago you were so angry because Jungkook wouldn't stop texting you and now look at you.

Mina pointed out as Ji-ae blinked while the realisation hit her. Sana laughed loudly as she clapped her hands like a dolphin.

- Oh! You're right, it's like the roles are reversed now.

They both laughed as Ji-ae was still in shock because of how much she has changed in just three months of time.

One month later.

Jungkook still did not responded to even one message of hers. Ji-ae was growing impatient as each day passed but as she has promised Jungkook, she waited for him to come back to her. When he was so adamant of not giving up when Ji-ae gave him a hard time, she needs to stay strong and not give up on him either.

One morning, when she was watching news she almost felt her heart coming out of her body when she saw that there has been an attempt to murder on Jungkook. Her eyes started to get filled with tears as she tried to calm her anxious heart but failed.

Without thinking twice and ignoring Sana and Mina's pleads, she got out of her house and started her car as she drove to Jungkook's house. She parked few houses away from Jungkook's house as she saw at least 50 guards outside of the mansion, guarding the place.

- There is no way that I'll be able to get through them like this.

She whispered to herself as she turned herself invisible as she entered the mansion without any trouble. After she barged into his house uninvited, she didn't know where to go. She was searching every room but could no find the one she came here for. That was until she saw two maids with a guard walking down the hallway as she decided to follow them. When they opened a large brown door, she entered the room with them and there she saw him.

Jungkook was sitting on a chair as there were several papers scattered on the table. He was wearing a white buttoned shirt and black pants as she could see how his hair were a mess. After the maids left, she made sure that they were not going to come back and within a millisecond she turned herself visible again.
