Running with a murderer (Schlattbur) (DISCONTINUED/REWRITING)

It was early, schlatt woke up late due to some disturbances last night, plus he didn't sleep well last night either, they still haven't heard from anyone after they left but at the same time don't want to call in case the cops were still there.

Schlatt walks downstairs yawning until he reached the first floor seeing wilbur on the couch with Connor.

Schlatt and Connor are good friends and work together at the same job with the rest of their friends, the only differences is that Connor works morning and leaves around 10 to his afternoon job which is helping his dad at his job in a small art studio and basically spends the rest of his time there helping his old man.

Connor looks over at schlatt and smiles " good afternoon schlatt how was your sleep? " he asked making schlatt groan sitting on a couch separated from the one they were sitting on " hell, actual hell... " Connor raised a brow " like how? " schlatt stretched his arms " I couldn't sleep well... "

" Oh was it because of the mattress I can change the mattress for you! "

" No no it wasn't that it was because of the encounter last night with the cops, " Connor chuckles " yeah I heard everything about it. " schlatt looks at Connor " Really, How? " " Joko and wilbur told me everything over phone and right here. "

Schlatt stares at wilbur, wilbur shrugs " I believe these guys are trying to put him in jail because they couldn't get what they wanted and you did kill one of their friends, " Connor said looking over at wilbur " I did it for self defence! " " yeah but you didn't do it on purpose. "

Wilbur nodded.

" Besides if I was a cop I myself would know that you didn't do it, " wilbur chuckles " how detective? " Connor grabs his arm and shows schlatt pulling on Wilbur's arm " Because he's a scrawny fucker. " wilbur pulled away while schlatt and Connor laughed, soon after wilbur joined in on the laugh about the joke towards him.

Schlatt sighed, that was a good laugh for once, then he frowned looking up at Connor " hey connor... have you heard from the guys yet..? " Connor huffs some air out " no I haven't, I tried calling but nobody answered. " schlatt bit his lip.

Shit I hope nothing happened over there....

" Maybe the cops are still there or maybe took them in for questioning. " Wilbur said " maybe... but I dunno... " Connor hums " I mean something like this happening I'm pretty sure they're being questioned a whole bunch since they are your friends, they knew much more about you guys and well... just getting questioned. " wilbur sighs " they're going through this because of me, I didn't do anything, the guys didn't do anything, schlatt is okay and didn't do anything, nothing happened but those dudes wanted to blame me for something that I was going for self defence... "

Connor smiles sadly and puts a hand on his friends shoulder " hey its okay, watch they're going to find out the truth and you'll be set free to go and live your normal life again.... " Wilbur scoffs " I hope so... "

Connor looks at the two of them, they look sad, so he decided the best " hey how about I order pizza, you two look hungry. " the two groans " pleeeeease. " Connor chuckles and stands up " alright I'll call and get to it. "

(Back at the house)

" Come on, you have to know something. " carson groans out annoyingly and stands up slamming his hands against the table staring at the officer face to face " I FUCKING TOLD YOU I TOLD YOU EVERYTHING(!), " Josh puts his hand on Carson's back " Carson lower your voice and sit down. " carson moves josh's hand away " No(!) We've stayed up all fucking night(!) Everything we say they don't believe(!) Its 9 in the fucking morning and we all still need to go to work!!! "

Josh sighed before sitting carson down with force " I know carson but if you get arrested for being aggressive don't come calling for us. " carson sighs out.

Everyone haven't had any sleep, they stayed from 2 to 9 and whatever they said or denied the cops just wouldn't leave, Carson would kick them out but couldn't because they had a warrant so they were basically fucked " Sir how long is this going to go? " ted asked from the couch with cooper sleeping on his lap and Travis laying on top of cooper sleeping " until the lieutenant and sergeant get here. "

" WHAT! " the friends, besides cooper and Travis, yelled out " yes lieutenant and sergeant, they will be here in a while. " charlie groans " so your telling me you couldn't call them earlier. " the cop didn't respond " you got to be shitting me... " Noah sighed putting his face against his hands.

" Until we at least get something them we'll leave but right now, we got nothing. "

{EDIT: I CHANGED DETECTIVES INTO LIEUTENANT AND SERGEANT, I GOT A BETTER PART FOR FITZ AND SWAGGER, IM SORRY)

Everyone stayed quiet until another cop pulled in that cop whispering something in his ear, the cop cleared his throat " the lieutenant and sergeant are here and I'll let them take my spot. " he walked out of the room and within a few seconds later two males came walking in.

Everyone stared at the two before the tallest cleared his throat " good evening everyone the names Dave but please call me techno or lieutenant Dave or techno, " lieutenant dave looks over to his left " this is sergeant clay or dream either is okay for him, " dave looks at the males " no where shall we start gentleman? " he asked them but nobody said a word.

" okay then, since nobody wants to answer, let's start from the beginning, "
