Same Body, Different Person

"Hey, can I sit?" Veronica asked as she approached their table.

Kevin looked at Betty with confusion all over his face, his eyebrows furrowed as he eyed Veronica.

"It's fine Kev, she isn't apart of the popular group anymore." Betty said before looking at Veronica with a smile. "You can sit, V."

Veronica looked at Kevin with a raised eyebrow, waiting for his approval.

Kevin looked Veronica up and down. "I guess you're allowed."

Veronica smiled and sat down beside Betty. "So, what are we talking about?"

"Hopefully about what me and Betty talked about earlier this morning." Cheryl said with a smile as she sat down beside Kevin on the other end of the table.

Kevin shot Betty a glare. "Look, I get you're trying to change and all....but that doesn't mean forgive everyone that talks to you."

Betty rolled her eyes. "I didn't forgive her, Kev. She was just telling me a plan she had."

Kevin raised an eyebrow. "And the plan is...?"

"She wants to make me popular and get people to not like Sarah as payback for what she did." Betty explained.

Veronica smirked. "Ouu, who knew Betty had a badass part to her. I can't wait to see this."

Betty shook her head. "I don't, that's why I'm not doing it."

Cheryl groaned. "Betty, look....I know you probably hate my guts for obvious reasons, but I need your help, and if you want revenge on your sister, you need my help too."

Betty bit her lip, she wanted to so bad....but she just couldn't bare the thought of becoming the schools next HBIC. It was a disaster waiting to happen.

"I think it's a good idea." Kevin stated, shrugging his shoulders.

Betty shook her head. "I can't. I don't even want to talk to those popular people, so I'm not doing it."

Cheryl rolled her eyes and sighed. "Fine, but if you ever change your mind, come to me." She stated before getting up and making her way towards the table Sarah was at.

Betty looked over and saw Sarah was giving her a death glare. She then looked and also saw Jughead looking at her, but with a look of sadness.

"So....tell me about Jughead."

Betty whipped her head to face Kevin. "What?"

"Don't act like you weren't just staring at him Betty Cooper...." Kevin smirked. "So spill."

Betty sighed. "He came to my house yesterday after me and Veronica went on a shopping spree―"

"―And you didn't think to invite me?!" Kevin asked, sounding hurt.

Veronica chuckled. "Sorry."

Betty giggled. "Anyways, he came into my room and asked me why I was avoiding him. And then he had the audacity to ask me if I was ignoring him because he was dating my sister."

She scuffed. "Despite him dating the one person who he knew I hated....I didn't ignore him for that reason. Gosh, everything just revolves around Sarah, it's like I can never have a simple conversation with someone without her name being mentioned. I mean....is she seriously that popular that people can't have a conversation without saying her name?!"

"Woah, slow down B." Kevin said, putting a hand on her hand in attempt to calm her down.

Betty took a deep breath. "Sorry, I'm fine."
