Wait, is that... Chase?

Paano niya nalaman yung Instagram account ko? What does he mean? Naguguluhan na naman tuloy ako.

I rolled my eyes and went in the bathroom. After I took a bath, I put on my robe and dried my hair. When my hair dried, I put it on  a ponytail and let my bangs down. I wore my pink t-shirt, black high-waisted ripped jeans, and my white shoes.

I looked at the mirror. Parang nakita ko na itong outfit na 'to somewhere, but I can't remember.

My phone vibrated. It was an unknown number.

Unknown: HelLoO cRuxXsc Po3H kIt4Ah😫😭💖🥴👈

Jorielei: Who's this? How did you get my number?

Chase: I'm sorry, that's your sister... Kinalikot niya phone ko, It's Chase..

Jorielei: What? Where are you?

Chase: We're here at the lounge, nakatambay...

Jorielei: Okay, wait for me...

I put my phone in my pocket and grabbed my coat. Mamaya ko na isusuot.

Pumasok ako sa elevator papuntang ground floor.

Ayoko naman mag hagdan kasi nasa 20th floor kami.

Nasa ground floor na ako, hinahanap pa ang lounge kaya medyo natagalan. I was walking when I accidentally bumped into someone.

"Eonnie! Kanina ka pa namin hinihintay.." It's Ayah! She looked at me up and down. "Uyyyyyy! Couple! Ayeayeayeaye!"

What does she mean?

"H-huh?" Kumunot ang noo ko.

"Huh? How you layk dat! Tara na!" She put her arm around me, and we turned right—nasa lounge na kami agad!

"Where's Chase?" I asked.

"Uyyy! Hinahanap eekekekek!" Kinikilig na sabi ni Ayah.

"I'm here..." I turned around. Yung sinabi niya is familiar! I just smiled at him.

"Ew, pilit na naman..." Bulong ni Ayah.

"Let's go..." Then she hurried ahead.

Ngayon ko lang na-realize na ternong-terno kami ng clothes! Ugh! Why did I even pick this? So dumb!

"Yie, couple couple!" She whispered, as if cheering me on.

"Stop it! Let's go!" I rolled my eyes and followed her.

Pagkalabas namin, it was really cold, so I wore my coat, but the coldness was still winning!

"Are you cold?" Ayah asked while putting on her jacket.

"No, I'm hot..." I answered, and she rolled her eyes.

"Here..." She handed me the jacket I picked in Myeongdong. My eyebrow raised.

"You said it's yours? Then it's yours!" I rolled my eyes.

"Pinipilit na hindi lamigin para isuot sa kaniya yieyie..." Bulong ni Ayah habang sinusundot yung tagiliran ko.

"Are you sure?" He questioned.

"Y-yes." I said bravely.

"Okay then." He replied.

Nauna na akong sumakay sa lift. Bahala na kung sino makakatabi ko later!

"Uy! Jorielei, ikaw ba yan? Ang laki-laki mo na ah!" An old man said, not too old, maybe in his 50s. And bigla kong naalala, he's my tito!

"Tito Roi! Dito din po kayo nagtatrabaho? Nakita ko po si Tita Mae kanina ah!" I said, and gave him a respectful hand gesture.

"Oo nga eh, dito na kami nakatira. Nagpapatayo na kami ng bahay dito, ano nga palang ginagawa mo dito?" He asked.

"Bakasyon lang po, mag-ii-ski po sana ako." I smiled.

"Ang nipis naman ng soot mo, oh eto..." He took out a jacket that looked just like the one Chase was going to give me!

Coincidence?

"S-salamat po." I smiled and wore it.

"Hija, kailangan pa natin maghintay ng isa pa," he smiled.

"Sige po," and I got in, while waiting I took a selfie with the empty seat beside me.

I posted it on Instagram with the caption: 'Whoever sits in here magiging jagiya ko!🤣' And many replied quickly.

"Sorry I'm late." I turned to look at the side of me. It was Chase. "I'm glad you wore your jacket that you picked." He smiled.
