You noticed his confused look and pointed to your sandals. He tilted his head to look down at what you were doing. His eyes widened slightly when he saw you rubbing the fresh blisters that appeared on your ankles.
"Just take em' off dumbass."
You unstrapped the sandals and left them under the table. "I guess the host didn't know my foot size. Shoes are an odd gift though..." you were puzzled at the odd gesture. Katsuki and Aizawa didn't seem to wear anything silver but every vip you'd seen so far had at least one item of silver which you had assumed to be their gift from the host.
"Perry tapped your shoulder to get your attention. She motioned towards the dance floor. She then pointed at Katsuki who was currently trying to take the champagne glass back from Aizawa's grasp. The teacher chugged the drink and placed the empty glass back onto the tray that was being slowly carried around.
Katsuki threw his arms up in frustration and stormed off towards the buffet. You looked back at Perry who was already shaking her head at your teacher for his childish behaviour. You sighed to yourself and rose from your chair to join your friend at the buffet table.
Your bare feet padded gently on the wooden floor boards. Luckily your dress floated low enough to not draw attention to your lack of footwear. Katsuki was piling his plate high with a mountain of various foods. People all around him were giving him disturbed, disgusted and even fearful glances as he angrily mumbled to himself.
You tapped him on the shoulder. When he turned around, you stole a piece of bread from his mountain of food. He let out an annoyed huff and put his plate down on the table.
"This party is a waste of my time, there's nothing to do. Why the hell did I even bother coming." He growled and loosened his tie messily.
You frowned slightly and lifted your hands up. Katsuki lifted his chin reluctantly while you fixed his tie to look neat again. His cheeks and ears were growing gradually more red. "You wanted to come remember?" You sighed tiredly.
"Well yeah but that snaky bastard isn't even here..." he replied while looking down to see your determined face. You had finished fixing his tie and had placed your hands against his chest. "He has to be here..." your voice was barely a whisper. You tightened your grip on Katsuki's shirt and leaned your head forward to hide your face.
Katsuki roughly grabbed the sides of your face, squishing and pulling your cheeks. "Idiot. I said I'd kill him so just forget about it."
"Sure..." you responded. You were grateful to have him with you. You definitely loved this boy.
"Excuse me?"
You and Katsuki were interrupted by a young girl about your age. She had beautiful violet feathered arms. Her face was pretty and her skin was a slight blue shade. You stepped away from Katsuki, his hands loosing their grip on your face.
"Hello. I'm Y/n L/n. I'm the new kid around here." You smiled at her and extended your hand out to her. She gave it a quick glance before shaking it hastily and using the momentum to pull you to the side gently.
Katsuki's eyebrows twitched when she planted herself In front of him. She plastered a wide smile onto her face and clutched her hands to her chest.
"Hey, my names Kana! My quirk is called harpy. It's nice to meet you! What's your name? What's your quirk? Can you dance?..." her questions continued nonstop.
Katsuki was growing more and more frustrated by the second. "Would you shut up?" He growled angrily at the feathered girl.
Kana glanced over to you. You were starting to also get annoyed at her forwardness. The blue skinned girl smiled at you briefly before turning back to Katsuki.
