A few month have passed since me and Kuroo started dating.

"I didn't say yes Loser." I said as i answered the call, giggling.

"Well you still answered!" He playfully stuck his tongue out at me making me laugh.

We talked for a few hours until my clock turned 10:30pm.

"Hey, it should be okay to set of now."

"Jeez, time went fast." He laughed. "I'll see you in a bit Kitten."

We said our goodbyes and ended the call. I quietly went downstairs, grabbed my white converses and sneaked through the back door like i've done many times in the past.

As i arrived at our meeting place Kuroo was already there of course.
"You're so slow." Kuroo teased as i walked up to him.

"Yeah, whatever." I lightly hit him on the shoulder as he laughed.

We talked for what felt like hours, laughing at stupid jokes and playing games.
"It's getting pretty late Kuro.." I said whist looking at my Phone that displayed the time

'1:23am'

"Right.. before you go Kenma, I have to tell you something.."

"What's up..?" His expression quickly turned into a sad one, his hands stuffed into his pockets.

"You know i'm.. graduating soon.."

"Kuroo please don't do this.." I knew this was bound to happen soon but i didn't want it to. Kuroo going to college meaning he'll be moving away, we'll never be able to see each other and we might.. break up...
I wouldn't be able to handle that, the boy i've loved since i laid my eyes on him and now i finally have him just to break up?!

Before i knew it tears were rolling down my face as i let out small sobs.
"H-hey kitten! What's wrong? Please don't cry Kenma." Kuroo quickly embraced me into a tight hug, rubbing soft circles into my back trying to calm me down.

"I- i don't want to lose you Kuroo.. I don't want to break up.. i don't want you to leave me!" I managed between sobs and sniffles, my grasp tightening around kuroo as if he was just gonna slip away if i didn't hold him tight enough.

"Shh Kenma, i'm not gonna leave you. Please, i'm not leaving you Kenma." He whispered into my ear, he detached from our hug, still holding me my shoulders. I let out a little whimper as he let go, i didn't want to let him go..
"Kenma, listen to me."

I hesitantly nodded my head.
"Kenma, please, we're not breaking up. It's only a year, we'll still see each other."
I nodded my head again as new tears fell down.

"Look at me kitten.." I shook my head no, i didn't want to face Kuroo, when i was in this state..
"Please.." He placed a hand under my chin, gently lifting my head Having no effort to even hold back.
"Kitten, i love you.. i love you so much and me going to college shouldn't affect that anything between us. We've done this before Kenm-"

"But you'll be moving away!"

"So what?! I don't care how far away we are, that won't stop me from loving you."
Kuroo took one hand of my shoulder into his pocket, ruffling around a little before bringing something out.
A small transparent silver bag tied together with a sparkly silver bow.
"This is.. pretty embarrassing but.. i got you this..." He began to untie the little bag.

"W-what is it?"

"It's uh.. it's a promise ring.." He brought a ring out of the bag, a beautiful ring. It was a plain simple ring, the word 'promise' inscription onto the silver metal.

I looked at it for a few seconds before looking back at kuroo, pink dusted over his face.
"Cheesy i know.. but it's one way to show that i'm serious about us.."

"Kuro.. you're s-such an idiot.." A little smile started forming on my face.

"Shut up.." He playfully mumbled, "I can just take it back." He fake sulked.

"Nuh uh." I took the ring from Kuroo and placed it onto my finger. Even more tears formed, but tears of happiness unlike before.
"I love it Kuro."

He smiled at me before giving me a soft kiss to my lips, i barely kissed back with quivering lips before he pulled away.
"Just like last time.. i promise.." He whispered. "I'll wait for you."
